Circular weft knitting machine is a kind of round weft knitting machine which with the characteristics of multi-turn,high speed,high output,less process,strong adaptability of fabric.At present,domestic circular weft machine control system become mature gradually,basic to meet the needs of textile industry's industrial restructuring.But with the implementation of "Made in China 2025" and the release of "Thirteen Five Development Plan Of Textile Industry ",China's textile industry officially entered the intelligent and digital transformation.However,mechanical and electrical integration,informatization,networking of textile machinery is still with the current leading group of companies have a certain gap.Control level of domestic knitting equipment automation level is still in a single CNC state,a single control,low degree of network,not conducive to networking centralized control.Therefore,this article through the textile machinery industry status quo,ordinary single-knit knitting machine for the control object,with the circular lathe control system and equipment-side networking,information technology development as the research direction,combine the future development trend of knitting machinery,put forward the solution of circular weft machine control and networking attendance system.And described the hardware and software design of each module which in the system framework respectively.Finally,the entire system and the functional modules were tested.The system consisted by five major components,Man-machine module for human-computer interaction,Real-time master module for controlling machine operation,Networking module for networking machines,Credit card module for personnel attendance and machine important data storage,Electricity monitoring module for monitoring the energy consumption during machine operation.The man-machine module elaboration content mainly includes human-machine module emWin graphics library software transplantation,man-machine touch A / D sampling circuit design and touch correction calculation method,human-machine module communication circuit design,modules mainly perform function design.The main contents of the main control module mainly includes AC torque motor control circuit,inverter control circuit,alarm detection circuit and control circuit driver design.Networking module describes the main content which includes network architecture of machine networking,framework of networked system,design of networking module hardware and software,and cloud server interaction agreement and so on.Credit card module describes the main content which include credit card system framework,design of IC card data storage structure,antenna design of card module,card module driver design and so on.The main content of power monitoring module include the design of system architecture of distribution monitoring,the design of hardware and software of power distribution module and so on.At last,through the functional testing of the system,it is considered that the design requirements are met.This paper describes the circular weft machine control and networking attendance system which will have more networking,more information and other characteristics.It is a practical and innovative circular weft machine control system.
