Experimental Study On The Preparation Of BRA Waterproof Coating

The use of matrix asphalt is easy to get raw materials with low price.It is the most widely used waterproof material.However,due to its existence of hot ice cold,weather resistance,and so on,the waterproof material can be seriously damaged.Basic of the dosage of Buton rock asphalt(Referred to as BRA)is a kind of natural asphalt,due to its good weatherability,the advantages of construction simple process and low prices,has attracted much attention.At present,our country Buton rock modified asphalt is mainly used in public traffic road construction,in the construction of waterproof and anti-seepage engineering research has not been reported.Therefore,this paper used Maoming No.90 asphalt as base asphalt,mainly used as additive of Buton rock modified asphalt waterproof coating.Firstly,Buton rock modified asphalt prepare.Secondly,the preparation of Buton rock modified based on bentonite clay,diatomite,SBS,fluorocarbon emulsion modified agent Conditions and testing the effect of modified asphalt.Finally,SBS and organic bentonite,bentonite and diatomite respectively of compound preparation of Buton rock asphalt waterproof coating composite modified and by the method of orthogonal test,experimental study on raw material content influence on the result of the test order.The results indicated that:the test of water content should not be greater than 25%,the test temperature should not be greater than 200 DEG C,stirring rate should be less than 850rad;BRA can effectively improve asphalt temperature susceptibility,high temperature stability,anti aging performance and with the increase of dosage of bra performance improvement is more obvious,but mixed amount of BRA should not be more than 25%;on the basis of Buton rock asphalt modified using bentonite bentonite and diatomite composite modified effect is good;diatomite/SBS modified composite of Buton rock asphalt waterproof coating,effects on the size of the order of SBS in the asphalt amount>diatomite mixing amount>talcum powder doped>added water amount;swelling Bentonite/SBS modified composite of Buton rock asphalt waterproof coating,size effect on the result of the test sequence for bentonite>SBS doped amount of>fluorocarbon emulsion dosage>added water amount;through the basic performance contrast,Bentonite/SBS composite modified Buton rock asphalt waterproof coating resistant to heat,cohesiveness,flexibility,water resistance and it's better than diatomite/SBS composite modified of Buton rock asphalt waterproof coating to a large extent.
