In China,the rapid expansion of the cold chain logistics market and the gradual establishment of the carbon trading market have caused the cold chain logistics industry to face the threefold pressures of economic,social and environmental protection.At the economic level,the excessively high cost of energy consumption has become a key issue in the development of cold chain logistics.At the social level,the awakening of awareness of low-carbon concepts promotes the introduction of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies in the cold chain logistics industry to accelerate carbon reduction.At environmental protection level,the implementation of the carbon regulatory policy requires the cold chain logistics industry to do a good job in carbon emissions management in the inventory routing decision.So,how to properly plan distribution arrangements,achieve maximum profits,and effectively reduce carbon emissions on the basis of satisfying inventory management have gradually become a new problem in the cold chain logistics industry.Low energy consumption,low emissions,low pollution,high efficiency,high efficiency,and high performance have gradually become new goals for the development of the cold chain logistics,optimizing its own resources,protecting the environment while reducing economic costs,realizing its own reputation and social value,improving the competitiveness of cold chain logistics,achieving a "win-win" of economic,social,and environmental benefits.Based on the study of the existing inventory routing problem,this paper combines the carbon quota trading policy to establish an inventory routing generalized cost model with environmental protection requirements.It is of guiding significance to the government's carbon emission restriction policy and the government's management of the carbon trading market in the cold chain logistics industry while taking into account the industry's profits while effectively implementing the new situation.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the operational mechanism of the carbon quota trading policy and the current situation of China's current carbon trading development and market potential,we have combined researches on the problem of the cold chain logistics inventory routing at home and abroad,to monetize carbon emissions from storage and distribution,establishing a multi-cycle stochastic demand cold chain logistics inventory routing generalized cost model with environmental protection requirements.(2)Using the two-stage method to solve the inventory routing problem under multi-period random demand,it provides a strategy for retailers' inventory control,distribution cost allocation and distribution arrangements.At the same time,this paper designs a set of genetic annealing evolutionary algorithm,which uses the selection method based on immune principle,simulated annealing variation and adaptive crossover mutationprobability to improve,providing a method for path decision.(3)To verify the impact of the carbon quota trading mechanism on the inventory routing of the cold chain-logistics industry,this paper takes the decision on the inventory routing of a cold chain logistics company as an example,and adopts the whole problem of the cold chain logistics inventory routing under the carbon quota trading mechanism.The analysis of the process and single link optimization results illustrates the impact of carbon quotas and carbon trading prices on the carbon emissions and total costs of the cold chain logistics inventory routing process.Example analysis shows that,under the carbon quota trading mechanism,compared with the previous model that did not consider the carbon quota constraint,the use of the generalized cost model of the cold chain logistics inventory routing with environmental protection requirements was optimized to reduce the total cost by 7.09%,and emissions have been reduced by 14%.Which has resulted in good benefits and emission reductions,explain that increasing environmental restrictions effectively control corporate costs and carbon emissions.
