Application Research Of Continuous Quality Improvement Based On QCC

Agricultural equipment industry as a key area for the construction of powerful country,is closely linked to the national economy,scientific and technological progress and people’s lives,and is the most basic material assurance and core support to realize agricultural modernization.Among them,grain and oil processing equipment manufacturing industry is the most important in the development of agricultural equipment industry,its quality management issues attracted much concern.In a series of quality improvement methods,QCC activities(abbreviation of Quality Control Circles,translated into quality control circles,quality management team,etc.)is a group of spontaneous staff at the grassroots level,through appropriate training and guidance,so that the group can discover,analyze and solve the daily work-related issues via regular meetings,with the characteristics of low cost,wide topic selectivity,high success rate and wide application of the industry.Among Chinese enterprises,the penetration rate of QCC activities is relatively high,but it’s application are rare in grain and oil processing equipment manufacturing industry.To adapt to the increasing quality requirements of grain and oil processing equipments and meet the needs of the customers,and to achieve continuous improvement of product quality,we need advanced quality improvement tools as a guarantee.In this paper,QCC based on continuous improvement of quality issues are studied.Firstly,the current situation and development trend of QCC activities at home and abroad are sorted out,and the related theories of QCC activities improvement are elaborated.Then a series of problems,such as the problem of selecting topics,activeness decline and the low efficiency of the activity,which appeared in the carrying out of QCC in a grain of oil processing equipment manufacturing enterprise in recent years were analyzed.According to the basic idea of combining QCC activities with IS09000 quality management system,the best improvement measures are put forward by using tree diagram method.Firstly,it is necessary to solve the problem of topic selection by prioritizing the project based on customer demands,selecting the topic checked by the leaders,and introducing the financial review and other methods.The second is to improve the activity enthusiasm through the IS09000 system guarantee activity system,focus on perfecting the recognition incentive system and the organic combination of the QCC activities and the construction of the basic class group.Thirdly,we should improve the effectiveness of the activities by education training means of induction training,strengthening professional and technical education and strengthening the education of statistical tools and statistical methods and other education training methods.Fourthly,the QCC activity and IS09000 integrated model are extracted,which can provide some guidance for future quality improvement practice.Finally,the article takes a complete on-site QCC activity of a grain and oil processing equipment manufacturing enterprise as an example,introduces the initial practice of the QCC activity mode combined with the IS09000 quality management system in detail.And after the activity,the questionnaires are used to measure the improved results and a data analysis was conducted with SPSS,thus the validity of this idea is proved.
