Polymerization technique applies to the plastic,chemical fiber,synthetic rubber,and other petrochemical industry which is the main process of the high-molecular polymer.Its process has stronger endothermic and exothermal effection while it has several characters such as nonlinearity,time lag and strong coupling,etc.With the increasingly development of polymerization technique,the polymerization reaction equipments are more complex which method of control is more advanced and the demand of polymeric process' s quality is more rigorous.In recent years,with the concept of the Industry 4.0 and “Made in China 2025” development strategy are proposed,it makes the process industry is more informational intelligentialize.This thesis regards polymerization reactor as a research object.According to the existing polymerization reaction technology and its control arithmetic,the author designs a simulation system of a multi-field all-purpose and polymerization reaction technology that applies to high-education,enterprise training and engineering virtual debugging.Thissimulation system is wrote by Siements PCS 7 which adopted SIMIT simulation software.According to the physicals character of polymerization process,establishing the simulation model of controlled member of polymerization ractor to realize the analogue simulation of polymerization reactor process.This thesis,first,analyzing the character of polymerization technique and based on the mass balance of the reaction still and the relationship of energy conservation,it builds a digital model of polymerization reactor in order to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the simulation model,based on polymerization reaction technology which makes sure every control unit—feeding control unit,TCU,reactor pressure control unit and control unit of liquid level in reactor—about its control scheme,meanwhile this thesis introduces detailedly the theory of algorihthms of the predictive control and the the optimization procedure.Besides that,it has a brief introduction on the predictive control arithmetic in PCS 7 in reality.Second,the thesis introduces the structure of the simulation system and this thesis expresses the pure software simulation circuit that is based by PCS 7,SIMIT and PLCSIM emulator.And it introduces the modeling process of the simulation model of controlled member in system and the model machine principle in detail.Third,this thesis expounds the control plan of the simulation system on PCS 7 in realistic way while it has a briefly explanation on control system principle which has a ratio control,spilt control,cascade control,and DMC-PID control and several control principle.The last,it explains the parameter optimization for PID in the simulation system;a model identification and parameter configuration process on multivariable controller—Mod Pre Con and the procedure of a controller design.In addition,it analyzes the control program on simulation system and the simulation model's configuration and it analyzes the control effect on system through operating the simulation system to get control curve.The simulation experiment shows up,a simulation system was established by PCS 7 and SIMIT software that it doesn't need a real controlled object and PLC.The controlled object,the simulation model was built by computer,can imitate the control process of simulation object which is easy structure,convenient operation and high validity.On the basis of the development of polymerization technique is multi-scale and in-depth,the simulation system of universal intermittence polymerization reaction technique can help the engineering technicians and the graduates who step in the work study better and know well the manufacturing technique and the operating instruction.It is very significant for realizing intelligent production and implementation of advanced control system in the enterprise.Meanwhile,in the process-control teaching in PLC,it adopts a simulation system based on PCS 7 and SIMIT software,as well as it can solve the problem effectively which lack the controlled object in traditional education and hard simulate control process.
