Cold Resistance Comparison And Quality Characteristics Of Ten Wine Grape

In this paper,10 breeds of Shuangfeng and Zuo Shan,which were cultivated in Liaoning Agricultural College,were used as the test materials.In the cold resistance,the semi lethal temperature was calculated,and the cold resistance of the tested varieties was evaluated combined with the membership function method.At the same time,the relationship between the germination rate of the shoots and the cold resistance of the branches of the tested varieties was studied.In quality: 4 quality factors such as total sugar in grape berries were measured.The comprehensive quality of grape berries was studied by analytic hierarchy process;8 quality factors such as total acid in wine were measured.The comprehensive quality of wine was studied by three scale method,and the feasibility of two methods to evaluate the quality of wine was studied.The results show that:1.The correlation of shoot germination rate,soluble sugar,free proline,relative conductivity,malondialdehyde and other cold resistance indexes reached a significant level from 0.500 to 0.668,and the ratio of xylem in the branches,the correlation between CTR and other cold resistance indexes was between 0.300 and 0.418,all reached a significant level.2.The correlation of the semi lethal temperature and the average membership degree to the cold resistance index reached over 0.830,showing a very significant level.The semi lethal temperature or the membership function method can be used to evaluate the cold resistance of the grapes.3.according to the semi lethal temperature and the subordinate function method,the cold resistance results are the same: Shuangfeng > Zuo Shan > North Red > left superior Red > double red > North alcohol > North rose > North Ice Red > male brew.4.The weight value of the total sugar was 0.66,the weight of sugar and acid ratio was 0.20,the weight value of tannin was 0.09,and the weight value of p H was 0.05.5.according to the three scale analysis,the relative weight value of the ester aroma is 0.41,the weight value of dry leaching is 0.25,the weight of alcohol is 0.15,the weight of total acid is 0.09,the weight of total sugar is 0.05,the weight value of total phenol is 0.02,the weight value of p H value is 0.02,and the weight value of the volatile acid is 0.01.6.The comprehensive quality of grape wine grapes obtained by analytic hierarchy process is the same as that obtained by three scale method: Vidal > Zuo Yu Hong > North Ice Red > double red > male brew > North rose > North Red > Zuo Shan > Shuangfeng.Tomographic analysis and three scale method can be used as a mathematical model for evaluating the comprehensive quality of breweries.7.The four breeds of Vidal,Zuo Youhong,North ice red,and double red are all ranked in the cold and quality areas and are more suitable for planting in areas around-20 degrees Celsius at extreme low temperatures.
