Since the "Made in China 2025",intelligent manufacturing represented by the digital workshop has triggered a new round of the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise industrial model in China.In this transformation,the manufacturing mode driven by personalized order has become the dominant one.Within the industry of machine assembly,many traditional enterprises use fixed mass manufacturing mode with the principle of technology to perform the assembly operations,so that the assembly precision can be ensured.In the construction of the digital workshop,industrial upgrading in lean production mode becomes the main choice,and the transformation of industry model means the transition of the principle of layout design in production line.Based on this,this thesis takes the construction of digital workshop of Y company as the example to explore and analyze the digital workshop layout of the machine tool industry.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The production status and production process of Y company are analyzed.At the same time,according to the workshop construction outline,the single data source technology has been used to design the information flow of CNC grinding machine shop and analyze the capacity of workshop.(2)Taking design capacity as the target,the production operation of CNC grinding machine in lean production mode is studied.In addition,analytical investigation in the related factors affecting the production capacity design and workshop layout is carried out,and determining the optimal parameter combination of related factors.(3)SolidWorks software platform to perform the 3D virtual analysis of space requirements of workshop assembly area is used.The layout of CNC grinding machine workshop is optimized analyzed by Multi-objective function mathematical optimization model and improved genetic algorithm.Then,a optimal layout scheme is acquired.(4)Research and analysis are carried out on the problem of the unsure space size of distribution warehouse of CNC grinding machine and the layout setting of the warehouse.The mathematical optimization model of distribution warehouse was put forward through the classified study of self-made parts and adopted parts.The optimal layout scheme of the warehouse is determined by the combination of Pareto multiobjective optimization and hybrid particle swarm algorithm.The study of this thesis provide a more scientific and comprehensive theoretical basis for the issue of construction of the digital workshop layout optimization,as well as provides the certain reference value for the construction of digital workshop of related enterprises under current complex market competition.
