The layout of the workshop is of great significance for the production and development of enterprises.Whether the layout results are scientific and reasonable is closely related to the actual production efficiency,material handling and production safety.In this paper,the layout design of the die casting workshop with low flow rate is completed by combining the system layout design(SLP)method and genetic simulated annealing algorithm(GA-SA)in the production workshop of A company.The main contents are as follows:(1)The analysis of the factors and methods of the demand for the layout of the workshop.Based on the difference point and production process of the die-casting products,the types of die casting products are divided and the process analysis of the products is completed;the product planning capacity is allocated according to the product order data.According to the layout of die casting workshop,SLP and GA-SA algorithm are combined to design.(2)The initial scheme is designed by using the SLP method.According to the workshop's production area based on the 1 floor,we divide and calculate the quantity of equipment and the demand of operation unit area.The SLP method is used to analyze the logistics relations among the workshops,draw the map of the unit area,and design the layout scheme of the die casting workshop based on the SLP method.(3)The GA-SA algorithm is used to design the layout scheme.A mathematical model and constraint conditions for minimizing the total logistics volume of the die casting workshop are constructed,and the layout model is solved by GA-SA algorithm.In order to improve the quality of the initial population,in order to improve the quality of the solution in the initial population,the workshop layout scheme in the SLP method is designed as a high quality chromosome.The layout of the die casting workshop based on the optimization of the algorithm is designed by the MATLAB platform program.(4)The application of Flexsim simulation verification analysis.For the two schemes,the Flexsim simulation model is constructed respectively.Under the same simulation parameters,the two schemes choose the optimized layout scheme according to the comparison and analysis of the simulation quantity of the object flow.According to the simulation results,the layout plan is adjusted.(5)Material handling design.The material handling design is used to perfect t he layout plan of the workshop.According to the design goal,the material classification is divided and the corresponding equipment is planned,the material distribution mode and the distribution process between the new car are designed and the material s upermarket in the packaging area is set up.The design adopts automatic design for the characteristics of the die casting production.The high level "air rail transportation" method,combined with the specific arrangement of the die-casting forming area,calculates and analyzes the number of feeder cars,rail load-bearing and energy system in the conveyer line.
