Laser cutting machine is a new type of plate processing equipment.Compared with other cutting machines,it has the advantages of fast cutting speed,high precision,low noise,no pollution,and strong processing adaptability.At present,laser cutting machines have been widely used in industries such as automobiles,rolling stock manufacturing,aerospace,chemical,and electronics.Although there are many domestic manufacturers that produce CNC laser cutting machines,they mainly imitate imported machine tools,and their processing accuracy and processing efficiency are far behind foreign advanced machine toolsThis paper takes HLTD-1530 CNC laser cutting machine as the research object,aiming at reducing the beam quality,reducing costs,and improving the dynamic characteristics of the laser cutting machine.The laser cutting machine is optimized and designed.First of all,the development status and future development trends of laser cutting machines are explained;secondly,the dynamic performance of beam bodies and beam systems is studied by means of a combination of experiment and simulation;finally,to reduce quality and improve laser cutting machines Dynamic performance is the goal to improve the beam.After determining the research methods and ideas of this article,the following researches were conducted:On the basis of understanding the development and research status of laser cutting machines at home and abroad,first of all,the dynamic performance of laser cutting machine beams is studied by the method of combining finite element simulation and testing.Through ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software modeling,combined with the actual engineering test to compare the finite element analysis results,after determining the accuracy of the finite element model,the finite element analysis method is used to influence the motion accuracy and dynamic performance of the laser cutting machine The factors are discussed,the weak link of the laser cutting machine is determined,and the optimization is prepared.Secondly,the modal analysis of the beam of the laser cutting machine,through the study of its natural frequency and mode shape,found that the Z-axis component and Y-axis component almost have different degrees of deformation and distortion in each mode.The machining accuracy and stability of the cutting machine have a greater impact.Therefore,it is possible to accurately identify the overall modal parameters of the Z-axis and Y-axis components related tothe vibration mode,which is of great significance to the optimization and improvement of the laser cutting machine.Finally,on the basis of obtaining the beam deformation,natural frequency and mode shape of the beam under typical working conditions through finite element software and testing technology,the design of the beam structure of the laser cutting machine was improved and the Z-axis component was studied by applying the selection improvement idea.And the influence of each part of the Y-axis components on the dynamic performance of the laser cutting machine,select the optimal result,and finally achieve the purpose of reducing the size of the laser cutting machine,reducing the manufacturing cost,ensuring the quality of product processing,and providing the laser cutting machine for Yawei Machine Tool Co.,Ltd.Optimize reasonable basis and suggestions.
