A Study On The Production Of Special Needs For The Koreans In Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture

The special commodity for ethnic minorities is an indispensable component of the daily production and living of the ethnic minorities in the course of long-term practice and for the purpose of continually adapting them to the special production and living environment.It not only meets the needs of the ethnic minorities for their special production and life,but also is an important part of the national traditional culture.After a long period of historical change and ethnic exchanges,the commodities themselves have dissolved into the unique historical and cultural connotations of the nation and become national historical and cultural Tangible carrier.Therefore,to study the production of the Korean special comodity in Yanbian has certain positive significance for understanding the Korean cultural tradition from the perspective of economic production.It is of theoretical significance to sort out the dialectic relationship between the special commodity economy and the regional economy.It is of some significance and practical significance to do a good job in the production of Korean special commodity.The date on which Yanbian(The text outside the title of the chapter will be referred to as "Yanbian" for the sake of uniformity.)began to produce the Korean special commodity was relatively early.In the early 1950s,it began to produce the Korean special commodity such as Korean clothing,boots,Korean cookers,Korean cultural goods,Korean food and so on.Its production process has experienced two major stages of development,planned economy and market economy.Despite more than half a century of development,our state has achieved fruitful results in the production of Korean special commodity.The produced commodities cover the eight categories of commodities in<The Catalogue for Special Commodities of Ethnic Minorities)formulated by National Committee on Ethnic Religion and affairs and that is of a wide variety;all six counties and cities under the jurisdiction of Yanbian have been distributed a few Enterprises which produce Korean special commodities.It' s convenient for the circulation of commodities in the market;the most important thing is that the annual output value,the output value of the Korean special commodities,and the annual tax payment of these enterprises have been rising year after year,and the results are gratifying,just taking 2016 as an example,respectively reaching 797937.95 million yuan and 362412.13 million yuan and 61050.5 million yuan.It not only contributed to the development and construction of the local economy,but also partially solved the employment problem of the local population and prospered the local commodity market.However,it is undeniable that there are still some unresolved issues in the current production work,mainly including:low awareness of the importance of Korean special commodity and their production;the access threshold for Korean special commodity manufacturers was relatively high;The government has not given sufficient support to Korean special commodity manufacturers.In order to resolve the above problems,we can try to promote the importance of Korean special commodity;properly adjust the access threshold for Korean special commodity manufacturers;increase the government's support for related manufacuturers and continuously develop Korean special commodity to meet the needs of the times and so on.
