Since the mid-1980s, environmental education has been all over the country schools and achieved some success, has accumulated a lot of experience, has played an important role in the popularization of environmental knowledge, environmental awareness; at the same time, environmental education have not form a system, it tightly limited to the school classroom imparting knowledge and lacked of interaction with families and communities. And environmental education in the form of a single can not achieve good results.The environmental education at Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture carried out too lately, in order to fully understand the status and problems of elementary school environmental education in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, under the guidance of experts, I found the "Environmental Education Survey Table" as a research tool, adopted the method of questionnaire supplemented by interviews.questionnaire survey carried out randomly at Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture primary schools30primary schools (including20Han Chinese primary schools,10Korean elementary school), involving450teachers and2700students, the content include the base information of teachers and students, students’environmental awareness environmental education in schools and family and community, and teachers teaching in environmental education and training, and schools and environmental education resources. Those information collected for statistical analysis using SPSS statistical software and Excel. The findings show that:First, the majority of primary school for environmental education in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture have gave some attention, and a correct understanding have exist in the primary school teachers on environmental education, but due to the lack of formal training in environmental education, environmental education is slightly less, those students have a good of knowledge of the environment, but it is lack on the environmental behavior.Second, the overall level of environmental education at Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is in the intermediate level, it need to be improve; the execution of community environmental education have some increase, family environmental education need play more attention.Third, after the correlation analysis, impact on environmental education several factors are:environmental education in schools, community environmental education, environmental education in schools, and environmental knowledge and environmental awareness.By analyzing the current situation, I believe that to better carry out environmental education should proceed from the following aspects: first, strengthening disciplines penetration, trying to subjects penetration mode gradually transformed into an independent curriculum model; Second, strengthening the construction of environmental education teacher to expand the road for environment education, actively develop a lots of environmental education activities; third, establishing an education model for a trinity of school-family-community environmental. Establishing an extensive collaboration and contact for the students and teachers, students and parents, schools and society, the education system and society to complete the chain of environmental education.
