Cannabis sativa L.,also known as Hemp,is only kind of Cannabineceae and annual herb,it is distributed worldwide,the leaves and stems,of Hemp can be used medicinally.From theend of the 19 th century to the present,scholars from all over the world have focused on the study of Hemp,From the leaves of Hemp,found that leaves are rich in cannabinoids,flavonoids,steroids,alkaloidsand other chemical material,it also have anti-cancer properties,Anti-tumor,anti-aging,anti-oxidation,lipid-regulating and liver protection and other biological activities make people pay more attention to Cannabis sativa L..However,at present,the researchers are focused on the fiber and the active ingredients of the Cannabis sativa L.leaf,and the research on the fruit of the Hemp is less,resulting in a waste of plant resources;and studies have found that theHemp seed is a typical medicine homolog and food source.Therefore,this experiment selected Hemp seed as a research object,hoping to obtain an expanded chemical source with anti-tumor and lipid-regulating liver-protective activity,and to provide a strong theoretical basis for the Chinese Cannabis sativa L.seed as a medicine source and food homolog.In this paper,the chemical compositions of the Hemp seed was analyzed,and colum_nn chromato_ography obtains 18 compounds using silica gel,macroporous resin,CHP200 P,Sephad_eex LH-20 as the filler.At the same time,a comprehensive use of modern spectroscopy technology High-performance liquid chromatography(HP_LLC),nucl_lear magn_netic resonan_cce spectrosc_copy(13C-N_nMR,1H-N_MMR),infrar_red spectros_scopy(IR),UV spect_troscopy(UV),mass spect_trometry(MS),identified16compoundsincluding2-O-?-D-fructofuranosyl-?-D-allopyranose,mann_iitol,?-sitosterol,stigmasterol,luteolin,campesterol,ergotSterols,apig_genin,luteolin-7-O-?-glucoside,apigenin-7-O-?-glucoside,N-trans-coumaroyltyramine,p-hydroxybenzoicacid,9,12-Octadecad_iienicacid,N-trans-caff_feoyltyramine,N-trans-feruloy_lltyranmine,trans-feru_llic acid-4-O-?-D-glucop_pyranoside.A HPLC method with high sensitivity and good resolution was establishedfor the quantitative analysis of 8 compounds isolated and identified from the Chinese Cannabis sativa L.seed.The standard curve method was used to determine their content in Chinese Cannabis sativa L.seed.The method was simple,reproducible and stable.Excellent sexuality provides reference for the systematic study of chemicalconstituents of Cannabis sativa L.,and it is of great significance to the development and utilization of Cannabis sativa L.seed resources.
