Nano materials have been widely used in many fields because of its special properties such as small size effect, quantum size effect, surface effect and macroscopic quantum tunneling effect. And the gold and its alloys nanoparticles have received more and more attention. The methods to synthesize nano materials include physical methods, chemical methods and biological methods.Compared with traditional physical and chemical methods, biological methods have many advantages, such as simple operation, wide raw material source,no by-products and environmental friendly. So,the biosynthesis of gold and its alloy nanoparticles is getting more and more attention. In this study, the nano materials were produced by mixing chloroauric acid and sodium tetrachloropalladate(?)(according to a certain proportion)with nine kinds of fungus biomass(the mycelium or the mycelium filtrate)which include Altemaria alternate,Ustilaginales1,Paecilomyces,Penicilliuml,Doassansia,Ustilaginales2,Penicillium2,Fusarium,and Penicillium3.And the morphology, size and structure of the produced nanoparticles were further researched by means of visual observation,UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR).Meanwhile, the antibacterial experiment of the gold nanoparticles was preliminary researched in which the bacteria were Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus aureus. What's more, combined with FT-IR,EDS and SDS-PAGE analysis,it was found that proteins as bioactive molecules were involved in the synthesis of gold nanoparticles. The study on the enzyme cofactors NADH was carried out.And NADH was also found to play a key role in the process of the biosynthesis of nanoparticles using the mycelium filtrate of Doassansia and Penicillium 2.
