With the development of science and technology,people living standard rise,"health" and "safety" have become two major topics in modern people's attention,the security of the drinking water quality and Products related to health and safety of drinking water has naturally become one of the focus of attention.This study summarizes the current classification of drinking water hygiene products that have an impact on water quality,and choose from the water distribution equipment currently use a larger city,families with wade pipe material(pure copper,PVC,PPR,PE,etc.),and several more common water dispenser product market survey analysis,involving more than several pipes,pipe fittings and water purifier,and the laboratory of the existing test data were collected for analysis,for the product easy to exceed the soak test of permanganate index(is also known as oxygen consumption,which is called oxygen consumption)project to make the analysis summary.In this paper,we study the above several drinking water quality and Products related to health under the condition of different soaking oxygen consumption data changes,optimize the conventional detection method,grope for more suitable testing method of this kind of product and pretreatment methods,to explore more suitable oxygen consumption test method of determination of two kinds of products and the pretreatment method.Research process at the same time try to optimize the testing method of permanganate index,to explore to reduce test reagent consumption and reduce the test time,the experiment process was studied using oil bath pot rapid heating way,oil bath pot instead of the traditional boiling water bath heating,reducing reagent dosage,greatly reduce the pollution to the environment.This article mainly studies two determinants of the permanganate index test results of products related to health and safety of drinking water: inspection methods and pre-treatment methods.The study selected the representative and most widely used pipe fittings(pure copper,PVC,PPR,PE,silicone)and water purifier(ultrafiltration type water purifier and reverse osmosis water purifier)as an object foranalysis.To study the effects of different soaking media,different soaking times,and different soaking temperatures.Tubes and fittings were selected for soaking medium,soaking time,soaking temperature,water purifier selection soaking time and soaking medium for the study.In this paper,we study the above several drinking water quality and Products related to health under the condition of different soaking oxygen consumption dosage,greatly reduce the pollution to the environment.The results show that:(1)The difference in the stability of the two heating methods is not very different,and the results of oil bath heating method are slightly higher than that of traditional boiling water bath.In general,the method of traditional boiling water bath heating is relatively small and stable.(2)The result of oxygen consumption of various materials is the lowest in the pure water immersion medium,followed by municipal water supply.The water consumption oxygen consumption of different material pipes is increased with the increase of temperature.The increase of oxygen consumption with different materials of pipe material is not obvious with the increase of soaking time.In the material of pipe fittings,pure copper material is the most stable for different soaking test conditions,and the pipe fitting of water distribution pipe can be preferred to pure copper material.Pipe fittings of hot water pipe should be made of copper tube or hot-water type PPR tube.PVC and silica gel are not recommended.(2)The soaking water dispenser oxygen consumption of the results with the increase of prolonged obviously,suggested that the family use,the soaking water notmore than 24 hours inside the machine,such as the time interval is longer than the use again,need to empty water in the small tank of water and the water in water purifier,after organic content reduce drinking again.The immersion test of water purifiers of this type of experiment can be carried out using municipal water instead of pure water as soaking medium.(3)Two types of water purifier and several different materials of pipe fitting 16 h immersion results close to 24 h immersion results,so the soaking time can be shortened to 16 h.(4)Municipal water influence on all kinds of pipe fitting,the addition of oxygen consumption is less than the prescribed standards of soaking water,safety inspection for such products should be in accordance with the pipe fitting material more adverse conditions choice immersion medium,to ensure the safety of use.It should be used to evaluate the pipe material for cold and hot water pipes.This study for the health safety of such products and provide a basis to improve functional evaluation method,at the same time to strengthen health supervision departments to do a good job of wading product sampling and testing for basic data support.According to the material selection of wading products,the conditions of adverse selection are put forward to ensure the safe use.
