As an important part of China's energy,coal provides a great power for national development.The monitoring system is an important guarantee for coal mine safety production,and the backup power supply is an indispensable part of the monitoring system,which can provide reliable and stable emergency guarantee for the monitoring system equipment.This article through to mine current situation,the characteristics of all kinds of backup battery back-up power,existing problems and the industry's technical requirements analysis,determined the mining based on nickel metal hydride batteries back-up power key techniques of intelligent management and implementation of research content.It mainly includes the improvement of the SOC estimation method of backup power supply,and the intelligent management strategy of backup power and the realization of corresponding hardware design.First,in view of the present mine back-up power low SOC estimation precision and poor stability of the situation,one is based on the mine characteristic curve of back-up power use nimh batteries and electrochemical principle is analyzed,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of SOC estimation method,is put forward using Ann method and BP neural network algorithm,the combination of points area set up network of SOC estimation method.2 it is through the BTS high-precision battery sample data collect system,training and test to estimate the network,and according to the change of the error to adjust the parameters of the network,the resulting SOC estimation accuracy and stability of the network,then using sample data to verify its accuracy.Secondly,based on the above research,in view of the present simple backup power management mode,extensive and low intelligent level,puts forward a new intelligent back-up power management strategy,and has carried on the design of intelligent management software and hardware.Mainly includes the next bit machine charging management part and testing part of the hardware circuit design,and the corresponding software part of the lower place machine and superordination machine design,has also established a GUI human-computer interaction interface,realize the stable back-up power real-time precise SOC estimation,realize the intelligent management of backup power supply.Finally,back-up power is verified by experiment using network of SOC estimation accuracy,stability,preliminary realize intelligent management of charging and discharging,validation results show that the design achieved the expected effect.The research results are of great significance to improve the service life of nickel metal hydride battery and intelligent management of reserve power supply for mining.
