Energy exploitation and environmental protection are inseparable.Getting rid of the single dependence on oil and paying attention to the development of new energy are the long-term solutions.Coal mine underground vehicles are committed to using new energy to improve the power source,but in the use of the process,the battery exposed to charging,over discharge,thermal runaway,resulting in a series of problems such as short cycle times,low efficiency,resulting in large economic losses.Therefore,researching the management and control system of storage battery can provide real-time detection and early prediction for the operation status of storage battery,so that users can know the status information of storage battery in time,so as to use it reasonably and healthily,and reduce or eliminate the accident rate of storage battery has certain research value and practical significance.In this paper,the lead acid battery for mining rubber-wheel vehicle is taken as the research object,and on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research status of lead-acid battery at home and abroad,analyzes the vehicle matching problem of lead-acid battery,determines the rated voltage and capacity of the battery,and determines the research parameters of the battery and the reasonable application measures of the vehicle.Through experimental analysis on characteristics of mine lead-acid battery again,from its internal electrochemical reaction to charge and discharge characteristics to look for the capacity and the main factors influencing the number of cycle,analyzes how different parameters influence the battery capacity and cycle life,and carries on the research of battery management system.The research is mainly focused on the battery charged state estimation,based on the analysis of the estimation method,is commonly used,mainly used BP neural network algorithm of battery charged state estimation model,sample training and simulation.Combined with the operation condition of the vehicle in the coal mine application analysis,the management and control system to make the overall scheme design,STM32F103C8T6 as the main control unit,designed the voltage,current and temperature acquisition module,such as through NRF24LE1 embedded 2.4 GHz GFSK transceiver to between the control unit,from control and wireless communication between main control unit,through CAN bus and the vehicle controller,charger to communicate;In the mdk-arm environment for the corresponding module software development,especially the battery information acquisition and charged state estimation subroutine,charging electronic procedures,electronic procedures and the system of human-computer interaction interface design.Taking the lead acid battery of mine WJX-10FB rubber wheel car as an example,the function test of mine lead acid battery management system was carried out.The test results show that the error can be controlled at about 4%,not exceeding 5%of the industry requirement.The charging control strategy controls the voltage error within 0.05v,and the fluctuation range of charging current and voltage is reduced.Through the research on the management and control technology of lead-acid battery for mine,this paper realizes that the battery can run in a healthier way,maintain and improve its cycle times and comprehensive use efficiency.To a certain extent,it ensures the safer,more reliable and long-term operation of the rubber wheel vehicle for mine.It also provides a reference for similar design of other underground vehicle models,which has certain engineering application and theoretical research value.
