The Application Of Safety Risk Management Method In Traffic Station Section

With the development of our country's economy,the development of the railway striding forward,railway mileage increasing,by the end of 2017 the national railway mileage reached 127000 kilometers,the railway road network density is 132.3 km/sq km.With the increasing number of railways in the country each year,the risks are increasing.2012 China railway corporation(the former ministry of railways)is put forward after the safety risk management,railway units safety risk management,during the period of "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in",how to better use of good security risk management methods to ensure the safety of railway transportation at present each unit is an urgent need to solve the problem.This paper from the basic concept of safety risk management,processes,methods,research,and according to the actual situation of traffic stations,from personnel,equipment,environment and management are analyzed about the present situation of safety management,in the study,on the basis of risk identification,analysis,evaluation methods,using bones diagram method,the risk matrix method to identify the risk point analysis and evaluation,and to evaluate existing control measures,on the basis of the existing security measures,safety risk control measures are put forward.Finally,it puts forward the suggestion and conception of perfecting the safety risk management system,and gradually improves the safety risk management system of the depot.
