The Study On Safety Risk Management Of Sewage Treatment Works Project In High And New Technology Industrial Development Zone Of Shijiazhuang

Risk is in everywhere and at every time. All enterprises may meet with risk. Construction enterprises when they are carrying out project management are no exception. And now the number of construction enterprises carrying out safety risk management is not big. How to identify risk,to analysis risk,to plan risk,to deal with risk and to control risk is focus on to explain the process that the construction enterprises carry out safety risk management . I provide one way about risk management for the construction enterprises in my paper.In the paper, the process and the methods of safety risk analysis is introduced at first. The definition and methods of identifying risk, evaluating risk, dealing with risk, controlling risk is telled. And then, the seven common forms of safety risk are summed up. According to the result of analysis and evaluating, the six methods of dealing with the safety risk are introduced. In the end of the paper, I use the example of sewage treatment works in high and new technology industrial development zone of Shijiazhuang to give the detailed description of the process of safety risk management. At last, I get a statistics list of safety risk.The safety risk management is development and cycle cause. Every step is not lonely. It is important that the special safety risk management department of the construction enterprises supervise risk during carrying out project. The conclusion of the safety risk management is very useful to the next project.
