Research On The Community Hygienic Environment Basing On Network Governance Theory

The problem of community hygienic environment is related to people's health and the overall style of the city.The urban community hygienic environment also reflects the executive function and governance ability of the local government.With the development of our society,people pay more attention to their cultural life and their living environment,not food and clothing.people's material civilization has been greatly enriched,people are willing to spend more money to live in a pleasant environment.Vanke,Jia Zhaoye,Huaxia happiness,real estate and property companies are professional in estate management.A good community hygienic environment needs the efforts of everyone in the community.The government should be a coordinator.Let the enterprise,third organizations and individuals involve community management.The government has all kinds of unavoidable shortcomings,such as low efficiency and unclear responsibilities,and enterprises have a good efficiency priority.Therefore,it is a good plan to set up a cooperative model of government,enterprise and individual to control the community.This paper is based on Government by Network theory,combined with the actual situation of Shenyang city to analyze the community hygienic environmental governance issues,introducing the environmental problems and how to use the Government by Network theory to solve the problem.This paper mainly adopts the literature method,and finally gives some feasible and practical solutions based on Government by Network theory,aiming to really transform the community hygienic environment.The paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of the research,the research home and abroad,the research route and method,and the possible innovation.The second part is the introduction of basic concepts and theories.The third part introduces the status and problems of to J community in Shenyang city's hygienic environmental governance.The fifth part,under the guidance of the Government by Network theory,gives the measures for environmental problems in J community.
