China has abundant coal resources and its petroleum resources are very scarce.Coal's direct liquefaction and fuel production technologies can effectively solve the current shortage of China's oil resources.Coal-to-oil technology produces fuel by direct liquefaction and hydrogenation of coal.During the entire process,20%to 30%of cal liquefaction residue will be produced.This coal liquefaction residue contains many ash and sulfur,and the carbon content is also high.The softening point is high,the viscosity is very large,and it has high potential use value.Shenhua Group's coal-to-oil project in Ordos produces hundreds of thousands of tons of cal liquefaction residue per year.Many coal liquefaction residue cannot be fully utilized for long-term accumulation.The presence of coal liquefaction residue not only affects the overall development benefits of coal direct liquefaction technology,but also contributes to local The environment also caused serious pollution.Therefore,how to reasonably solve the problem of large amounts of coal liquefaction residue being polluted by the environment is a huge challenge faced by coal-to-oil technology.From the perspective of energy utilization and environmental protection,this study has formulated a certain experimental program for Shenhua coal liquefaction residue production and serious pollution problems.First of all,Shenhua cal liquefaction residue was modified to reduce the viscosity of Shenhua coal liquefaction residue and increase the fluidity.Then,the modified coal liquefaction residue was emulsified and the emulsified coal liquefaction residue was prepared into a waterproof coating.In addition,a hyperbranched polymer surfactant was synthesized and tested for its performance.Finally,this surfactant was used for the emulsification research of Shenhua coal liquefaction residue.This study mainly includes the following sections:?1?Analysis of the properties and composition of Shenhua coal liquefaction residueThrough elemental analysis,four-component analysis,and softening point,penetration and ductility tests,it was found that Shenhua coal liquefaction residue contains a large amount of C elements.The content of aromatics in the four components is too low and the content of asphaltenes is high,resulting in its Softening point is higher,penetration and ductility are lower.?2?Modification of Shenhua coal liquefaction residueThe low content of aromatics in Shenhua coal liquefaction residue is the main reason for its high softening point,high viscosity and poor fluidity.110#petroleum bitumen,160#petroleum bitumen,aromatic oil 1 and aromatic oil 2 were used to modify Shenhua coal liquefaction residue through changing the properties of Shenhua coal liquefaction residue with some substances with high aroma content.The results show that the aromatic oil with high aromatic content has obvious modification effect on it,and the more aromatic oil added,the lower softening point,the higher penetration and ductility.The heating temperature and heating time of Shenhua coal liquefaction residue modification process were studied.The results show that the best effect of modification is that the heating temperature is 200°C;the optimal heating time of petroleum pitch as modifier is 40 min;aromatic oil is used as the optimal heating time of the modifier is 30 min.?3?Study on emulsification prformance of mdified coal liquefaction residueThe modified Shenhua coal liquefaction residue was emulsified.The emulsibility of the modified coal liquefaction residue was first discussed.The results showed that the modified coal liquefaction residue had better emulsification effect when the amount of aromatic oil 2 was50%.The speed,emulsification temperature and oil-water ratio of the high-speed shear emulsifier were studied.The results showed that the speed of the high-speed shear emulsifier was 16000r/min,the temperature of the modified coal liquefaction residue and the heating temperature of the soap were 130°C and 60°C respectively.The emulsification effect is the best when the ratio of oil to water is 6:4.The emulsification properties of the modified coal liquefaction residue were investigated with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate?SDBS?and octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide?1831?,respectively,and the optimal emulsification formula was determined.?4?Synthesis and characterization of hperbranched polymer surfactantsFirstly,AB2 monomer was synthesized with diisopropanolamine and succinic anhydride,and then hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polymer?HPAE?was synthesized by reacting trimethylolpropane as core molecule with AB2 monomer.Modification of the ends results in the hyperbranched polymer surfactant?SHBP?containing sulfonate at the end.The synthesized HPAE and SHBP were characterized by IR spectroscopy,hydroxyl value determination and elemental analysis.The results showed that the structure of the synthesized HPAE and SHBP corresponded to the target product and had good integrity.HPAE was obtained by thermogravimetric analysis.SHBP has good thermal stability;the SHBP end contains a large amount of sulfonates as determined by the degree of sulfonation.The performance of the SHBP was tested and it was found that the performance of the SHBP was superior to that of the conventional surfactant.The synthesized SHBP was used to study the emulsification performance of Shenhua coal tar pitch.?5?Hyperbranched polymer surfactants for the preparation of emulsified coal liquefaction residueThe synthesized SHBP was used to study the emulsification properties of Shenhua coal liquefaction residue and the best emulsification formula was determined.The emulsification effect was compared with SDBS and 1831.The results showed that the emulsification effect of SHBP on Shenhua coal liquefaction residue was better than that of SDBS and 1831emulsification.The effect is good.
