Research On Ecological Benefits Of Land Use In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

The rational use of land is the basis of socio-economic development.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the development circles with the potential,opportunities and challenges coexisting in our country.It spans different topographic units and natural zones and is one of the most sensitive areas for environmental change.The contradiction between man and land,the development of land ecological protection and the development of construction land,etc.Contradictions are particularly prominent.Against the background of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the issue of the utilization of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become very important.Ecological environment protection is one of the key areas for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development to take the lead in breaking through.How to appraise the ecological benefits of land use in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei area scientifically and accurately and improve the ecological benefits of land use has become an important issue to be urgently studied direction.Based on the related concepts and theories of land use and its ecological benefit evaluation,this paper analyzes the socio-economic data and status data of the 11 prefecture-level cities in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and 11 prefecture-level cities in 2015 for analysis.First of all,it analyzes the land use status,structure and land use degree in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Secondly,eighteen indicators are selected from three aspects of land ecological conditions,ecological environment quality and ecological environment governance to establish the evaluation index system of ecological benefits of land use in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The standard deviation method is adopted.The method of entropy method and coefficient of variation is used to determine the index weights.Finally,the comprehensive indicator evaluation method was used to evaluate the ecological benefits of land use in 13 cities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in 2015.Come to the following conclusions:First,according to the integrated scores of ecological benefits of land use in 13 cities,they are divided into 5 levels: extremely low ecological benefits(<0.2),low ecological benefits(0.2-0.4),and general ecological benefits(0.4-0.6).The area with high ecological benefit(0.6-0.8)and the area with high ecological benefit(?0.8).Zoning: Zhangjiakou,Beijing and Chengde are in ecologically safer areas;Tianjin,Qinhuangdao,Tangshan,Handan,Shijiazhuang,Cangzhou are in ecologically-safe areas;Langfang,Xingtai,Baoding are in ecologically-insecure areas.Hengshui is in a zone with extremely low ecological benefits.Secondly,the gray relational degree method is used to analyze the correlation between the evaluation results and the indicators,and the correlation coefficient between the ecological benefit level of land use and the indicators in the 13 cities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is calculated.The correlation between the indicators and the evaluation results is obtained.(1)Cities in areas with higher eco-efficiency are more related to ecological environmental governance and ecological environment quality,such as Zhangjiakou,Beijing and Chengde.(2)Cities that are located in the general area of ecological benefits and areas with lower ecological benefits are more related to the ecological conditions of the land,such as Qinhuangdao,Shijiazhuang,and Langfang.(3)Cities in areas with extremely low eco-efficiency have the greatest correlation with land ecological conditions,such as Hengshui.Land use is a complex ecosystem.Therefore,to improve the ecological benefit level of land use,we must improve the ecological conditions,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and increase government governance.The three influential factors must be coordinated to develop,attach importance to and improve the "short board" This ecological environment can be greatly improved,the level of ecological efficiency can be improved.Thirdly,on the basis of evaluation,the policy recommendations for improving the ecological benefits of land use are put forward.(1)Consolidate the ecological conditions of the land and ensure a certain proportion of ecological land use;(2)Develop organic and green agriculture and reduce the use of fertilizers and pesticides;(3)Grasp opportunities for industrial upgrading to optimize the layout of land use structures;(4)Promote green Production,increase environmental governance.
