The Coupling Coordination Degree And Spatial-temporal Evolution Between Tourism And The Ecological Environment In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

The ecological environment is an important foundation for the sustainable development of tourism,and the red line of ecological protection in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a great impact on tourism.How to coordinate the development of tourism with the ecological environment is of great significance to the optimization of land and space distribution,regional coordinated development,industrial upgrading and transformation.Based on this,this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of tourism system and ecological environment system,selects the relevant data in 2010 and 2017,calculates the relevant index value of ecological environment system by using the red line evaluation method of ecological protection,and then calculates the coupling between tourism and ecological environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by using the coupled coordinated dispatching model.coordination degree,and based on the results of the study,put forward relevant suggestions.The main findings are as follows:(1)Build the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region tourism and ecological environment coupling coordination index system,involving a total of 16 indicators.By using the method of ecological protection red line evaluation,six indexes of ecological environment system are calculated,and the results are basically consistent with the distribution map of ecological protection red line,which can be used to further calculate the coupling coordination value of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region tourism and ecological environment system.(2)The comprehensive evaluation index of tourism system and ecological environment system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is mainly growth.The relationship between the comprehensive index of tourism system and ecological environment system varies from city to city,but the gap between them has narrowed.The comprehensive evaluation index of tourism system in Beijing is the highest,and the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological environment system in Chengde city has always been the first.(3)The change of coupling degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is mainly rising,which reflects that the coupling of the two systems has made some progress,but some cities have a relatively downward trend.Compared with 2010,the coupling grade of 8 cities in Hebei Province reached high level coupling in 2017;the coupling grade of 3 cities in Beijing,Xingtai City and Hengshui City reached medium level;the coupling degree of Cangzhou City and Tianjin City was still in the last position,and the coupling grade was the lowest level coupling.In addition,the value of coupling degree in four cities of Cangzhou City,Hengshui City,Xingtai City and Langfang City showed a downward trend,but only the coupling grade of Xingtai City decreased.(4)Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region coupling coordination value is basically lower than the coupling value,compared with 2010,in 2017,the tourism and eco-environment coupling coordination scheduling changes in all cities to maintain stability and fluctuation rise,coordination level to the direction of the best level,Beijing coupling coordination degree is the highest.The coordination levels of Beijing,Chengde,Qinhuangdao and Baoding increased from moderate to mild;Zhangjiakou from severe to mild;Shijiazhuang,Tangshan and Handan from severe to moderate;Tianjin,Langfang and Xingtai three coordination levels are still serious disorders;The coupling coordination degree of city and Cangzhou city is in the last position,and the coordination level is in the extremely unbalanced stage.
