In recent years,on the basis of the“Two rings and Eight shots”highway network,Chongqing City has launched the implementation of the "New thousand kilometers" and "Fourth thousand kilometers" highway construction.It is estimated that by 2030,the number of civilian vehicles in Chongqing will reach 7.5 million,and the "Three rings and Twelve shots" expressway network will be fully built.The mileage of the expressway will reach more than 4,000 kilometers,the inter-provincial channel will reach 28,the modern integrated transport system will be basically built on the highway as the main skeleton,and Chongqing City will be an important transport hub in the western region.However,due to Chongqing is located in the southeastern part of the Sichuan Basin.Mountains and rivers gathered,the water system is developed,such geographical conditions created Chongqing highway multi-bridge,long downhill,high slope and so on.Therefore,with the Chongqing highway network is maturing,road network traffic flow increased year after year,highway traffic safety accidents are more frequent,the security situation is not optimistic.Although the information construction of expressway safety monitoring in Chongqing has also been developed rapidly,there are still some problems such as inadequate layout of field data collection terminal,lack of highway information sharing mechanism and monitoring and warning platform,and lack of information mining depth.Therefore,it's urgently needed to establish a unified and efficient Chongqing highway traffic safety monitoring and analysis system.This paper studies the construction of expressway safety monitoring system in Chongqing by combining literature search with field research,combining theory with empirical analysis and other methods.Firstly,this paper introduces the development and safe operation of expressway in Chongqing,and analyzes the safety supervision and monitoring system of expressway in Chongqing,and the main problems are put forward.Secondly,the paper analyzes the business requirements of traffic monitoring and analysis system of expressway in Chongqing from the aspects of mastering the state,mining data,early warning releasing and management assessmenting,and based on the "demand-function-data-system" logical chain,the paper puts forward the functional orientation and system framework of traffic safety monitoring and analysis system of expressway in Chongqing.Thirdly,according to the system business requirements and function orientation,the system data system of "basic data-analysis data-accident data" is constructed.Finally,based on the detailed analysis of the characteristics oftraffic accidents in Chongqing expressway,the early warning model of expressway traffic safety monitoring and analysis system is constructed.The method of distributing the detector based on traffic wave is put forward and the empirical analysis is carried out to verify the scientificity and effectiveness of the early warning model and the layout optimization method.The research results can provide theoretical support and technical support for the realization of Chongqing highway safety condition monitoring,accident evaluation analysis,safety accident warning and safety management assessment,and it will guide the development and application of Chongqing highway safety accident monitoring and analysis application software.
