In recent years,with the proposal of the concept of“energy conservation,emission reduction and carbon neutrality”,China attaches more importance to carbon dioxide emissions,hoping to explore a path suitable for China’s green development.It is found that CCUS(Carbon Capture,Utilization and Storge)is an important means to effectively respond to global climate change and achieve Carbon neutrality.However,with the more and more extensive application of technology,the problems are more and more obvious,such as carbon dioxide leakage,complex process,single monitoring system,etc.,are important problems to be solved urgently.Carbon dioxide capture production is a kind of chemical production,there are a variety of safety risks,if the early warning of safety risks,take necessary measures,it is likely to happen chemical safety production accidents;In addition,most of the current carbon dioxide capture production safety monitoring and early warning systems are based on chemical safety monitoring and early warning systems,which have poor compatibility and are unable to carry out real-time monitoring and effective early warning for carbon dioxide capture production process.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a set of industrial CCUS carbon dioxide capture safety monitoring and early warning system by using high-precision sensor,4G communication,data visualization,safety monitoring and early warning model and other technologies.The monitoring terminal designed in this paper uses 32-bit microcontroller STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip,with Cortex-M3 kernel architecture to support a variety of instruction sets.Temperature,pressure,humidity,CO2 concentration and CH3OH concentration are taken as monitoring indicators.MCU main control module controls each sensor for data collection,and the data is preprocessed by STM32microcontroller and then uploaded to the security monitoring and warning center through4G network communication module.Safety monitoring and early warning center is designed with safety early warning module,can have written algorithm program to calculate the safety early warning level,again through the data real-time display module will data visualization,intuitively show the user the shape of the data and the specific numerical,finally combining history query module to realize the real-time display monitoring early warning and historical data,security levels for a query,and other functions.This paper analyzes the safety risks and influencing factors of CO2 capture production process,and puts forward the specific requirements of the system.On this basis,the overall scheme design,hardware design,software design,safety monitoring and early warning platform construction and the overall function test of the system are completed.Compared with the existing CO2 monitoring system,this paper design the monitoring terminal adopted high precision sensors,the introduction of 4G communication technology,joined based on gray prediction and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety early warning model,build up a complete set of safety monitoring and early warning system,with early warning indicators monitoring,security levels,a variety of powerful functions such as data real-time display;The monitoring terminal is highly integrated,small in size and low in power consumption.It can be flexibly arranged around the CO2 capture production equipment for various data acquisition.Through the hardware and function test of the system,it is verified that the system supports 24 hours uninterrupted continuous working mode,can display the monitoring data in real time and predict the security warning level at the next moment;The system meets the design requirements and has certain usability,which provides a feasible scheme for industrial CCUS carbon dioxide capture safety monitoring and early warning research.
