Oily sludge is a kind of solid pollutant with large yield and high oil content,which seriously threatens human health and pollutes environment.The ASP flooding oil sludge is a kind of sludge with high stability,high viscosity,high degree of emulsification and difficult to spontaneous biodegradation.Its high content of mineralization degree and a large amount of oil displacement agent make it difficult to oil remove and dehydration treatment.In view of the above problems,this paper based on the field of ASP flooding oil sludge,configuration simulation oil sludge in the laboratory,studied the effect of polymer,surfactant,alkali and common metal ions on the oil sludge miscible demulsification oil removal,oil sludge miscible viscosity and light transmission of the sewage produced by oil sludge,combined with the change of the oil sludge solid-clay properties,and analyzed the the effect of oil displacement agent components and metal ions on the oily sludge stabilization mechanism.The experimental results show that:The interaction between the oil displacement agents makes the negative electricity of each interface of the ASP flooding oil sludge increase,the Zeta potential(absolute value)increases,the electrostatic repulsive force between the oil droplets increases,and the oil droplets coalescence difficult,the stability of the oil sludge increases,so oil removal efficiency decreases.With the increase of polymer content in oil sludge,the viscosity of oily sludge increases.The effect of surfactants on the light transmittance of the sewage produced by oil sludge is significant,surfactants and polymers can reduce the light transmittance.For the oil droplets in ASP flooding oil sludge water phase,the Zeta potential of oil droplets in ASP flooding oil sludge water phase mainly concentrated in-50 m V~-80 m V,and the oil droplets difficult to get together.Metal ions have a hindrance to the separation of oil sludge.When the metal ion concentration and the valence increased in the oil sludge,the oil removal efficiency and viscosity of oil sludge decreased while the light transmittance of sewage produced by oil sludge increased,and the clay particle size increases,the wetting Angle and wetting time increases,while water wettability decreased,so oil wettability increased.The clay absolute values of Zeta potential decrease.Indicating that metal ions can compress the diffusion of double layer thickness,reduce the hindrance of repulsive force between the particles,promote oil droplets and clay heterogeneous coalescence.Ultrasonic-demulsification technique were used to treat of the ASP flooding oil sludge,determined the optimal treatment conditions:solid-liquid ratio 1:5,ultrasonic frequency 40 k Hz,ultrasonic power 70 W,ultrasonic temperature 40?,ultrasonic time 10 min,cleaning agents are XP-2 and WL-4 with a compound ratio of 3:1,were added 3 mg/L,cleaning solution was weak alkaline(p H=8),the highest oil removal rate is 96.8%.The study used ultrasonic-demulsification technology to treat ASP flooding oily sludge,which can not only make use of waste,but also reduce environmental pollution.Compared with other oil sludge treatment methods,this technology is cheap,safe,reliable and easy to operate,so it is a promising oil sludge treatment method.
