Waste oil production is one of the main pollutants in oil field development and transportation generated in the process, oil sludge and contaminated soil lack of timely treatment, will result in varying degrees of impact on the development and production of the regional environment. As the state’s increasingly stringent environmental requirements, oil soil and oil sludge harmless, minimization, resource processing technology will become an inevitable trend in the development of oil field waste disposal technology. Back again after the sludge and chemical complex formula is achieved through injection into the formation way: oil sludge from the formation, and reinjection in the formation, both deal with the sludge, but also has the role profile. This article YongNing oily sludge reservoir Chang 6 oil field complex depth profile technology has been studied to guide the oily sludge profile has a certain significance. Main achieved the following understanding:(1) The study area is oily sludge oil sludge generated ① crude oil, mainly from the wellhead, the well field and ground processing system; ② crude oil gathering and transportation process sludge generated in the process of gathering and transportation of crude oil the crude oil flows through the block station, tanks, grease traps the end of such equipment, sewage flows through settling tanks, sewage tanks, and oil water treatment facility will produce oil sludge;(2) The main component of oily sludge was muddy, water, oil. Study area distribution of moisture in oil sludge 45.04% ~50.03%, oil content distribution20.31% ~25.42%, clay content distribution for 21.55% ~34.65%;(3) The appropriate suspension was determined through laboratory experiments, the type of dispersant and solid particles of size, concentration. Ultimately, we determined oily sludge profile agent system for the 90% of oil sludge system wherein suspending 0.10% ~ 0.20%; M dispersant 0.15% ~2%; 10% weak gel system.(4) Configured oily sludge profile agent has good heat resistance, resistance to shear, thermal stability, the degree of temperature from 20 ℃ to 100 ℃, the gel viscosity retention rate can still reach 87.5% gel Good temperature properties; gel at 65 ℃ condition saved 60 d, viscosity retention rate can still reach 77.3%, with good thermal stability; at a shear rate up to 100 S-1, the viscosity retention can still reach 84.6%, showed better shear capacity.(5) Oily sludge is configured with good sealing properties. Oily sludge profile agent plugging core rate reached 86.4%~96.4%, and for low permeability core plugging high permeability core rate of less than breakthrough pressure were 9Mpa above, also shows oily sludge profile control agent formulated the reservoir has good sealing effect.(6) Oily sludge configured with good selectivity into the ability. With the increase of the amount of injection profile, their entry into the reservoir to increase the drag coefficient. However, entering a low permeability reservoir drag coefficient is about 55 times higher permeability reservoirs. Therefore, the sludge profile agent is essentially selective penetration into the high band.
