The rapid development of Digital Oilfield makes the acquisition,detection and diagnosis of oil well equipment data develop towards intelligence and digitalization.An investigation of an oil production plant in China has found that the current diagnosis method of oil well operational mode is single,resulting in low accuracy of diagnostic results.In the process of diagnosis,only the data of electric reference can be used to cause the diagnosis result not to be representative;only the indicator diagram is used to diagnose the working condition,the cost of the measurement is high,and the leakage of the indicator diagram is easy to appear.Therefore,how to improve the accuracy of oil well condition diagnosis has become an urgent need for oilfield development.Therefore,this paper puts forward a research on the abnormal diagnosis method of oil well operational mode based on real time electric parameter,and it is used to diagnose and instantiate the oil well operational mode in combination with the electrical participation indicator diagram.Firstly,an abnormal diagnosis model of oil well operational mode is designed.An in-depth analysis of the working condition diagnosis method of real time electrical participation in indicator diagram is made,and the component modules of abnormal diagnosis of oil well operational mode are defined,including data collection and data integration module,model extraction and management module and abnormal early warning module of oil well condition.The working flow of abnormal diagnosis of oil well operational mode is analyzed,and the design idea of abnormal diagnosis model of oil well operational mode is clarified.The abnormal diagnosis model is designed and its working mechanism is analyzed.Secondly,the composition module of abnormal diagnosis model of oil well operational mode is analyzed deeply.The data acquisition and transmission model is designed.The hardware technology involved in the transmission process is introduced and the storage mode of data is designed.The method of extracting and managing the power diagram model is studied.Based on the knowledge of abnormal mode,the nonlinear regression method is selected as the mining technology,and the abnormal warning model of oil well operational mode is designed.Finally,the system is designed and the training effect is verified.Abnormal diagnosis model for theoretical guidance to the well condition,design and development of abnormalworking condition of oil well diagnosis system,the working condition of the application of a production plant in daqing city early warning work,to improve the working condition of oil well diagnostic accuracy,reduce the abnormal loss of purpose.The results show that the design of the abnormal diagnosis model can effectively improve the accuracy of the warning and improve the working efficiency of the staff.At the same time,this method provides a new idea for the abnormal diagnosis of oil well operational mode.
