Study On Adaptability Of Pumping Unit In ASP Flooding Production Well

Asp flooding technology is an important replacement technology to further enhance recovery factor.Compared with water flooding,ASP flooding technology can improve recovery factor by more than 20 percentage points,which is one of the main technologies to achieve sustained and stable production in oil field.however,there are many problems in production,such as serious scale formation in production wells,short pump inspection period,frequent stuck pump and rod breakage,which seriously restricts the further promotion of ASP flooding technology.although much work has been done in lifting scale prevention,such as applying various scale prevention pumps,adding scale prevention agents at wellhead,regularly cleaning scale and other measures,to a certain extent,the scale settling speed has been slowed down and the pump inspection period has been prolonged,but it has not reached idealIntelligent lifting and pumping unit is a new type of lifting equipment developed on the basis of oil-fishing truck.Through the improvement and optimization of the performance and processing technology of wire rope sucker rod,and the continuous improvement of supporting technology,it began to be applied in Daqing oilfield in 2009.The initial field test shows that the pumping unit has certain adaptability to ASP flooding scaling wells and peripheral low-yield wells.Therefore,on the basis of the preliminary stage knowledge,it is of great practical significance to carry out the field test of intelligent lifting pumping unit,to realize the industrialization promotion of ASP flooding enhanced oil recovery technology,to explore the new lifting technology suitable for the middle and late stage of oilfield development for peripheral low-yield and low-efficiency wells,to further improve the development of oil extraction lifting technology and to promote the development of oil extraction technology to a higher direction.
