At present, energy consumption of sucker rod pumping system is serious, its system efficiency is generally low, and the sucker rod pumping also represents a significant proportion in the artificial lift. Comprehensively and systematically analyzing the factors which impact on system efficiency of sucker rod pumping system and the reasons which energy exhausts in the transmission process, developing research of improving the efficiency of pumping system, which has become our country one of the key research topic for reducing oil production costs and achieving highly efficient economic production. This thesis aims a condition that efficiency of sucker rod pumping system is generally low, adopt chain-type double-well pumping unit as the research object in accordance with infilling wells, cluster wells and offshore drilling platforms recovering present situation, and well spacing being more and more closer. We systematically and detailedly analyze structure and operating principle of chain-type double-well pumping unit, carry on analysis and study on the kinematics and dynamics of chain-type double-well pumping unit, and simultaneously establish calculation model of the diverse load of its suspension center, as well as the analysis and study of balance technology of double-well pumping unit. The Thesis divides the lifting system of double-well rod pumped well into four sub-systems: oil inflow systems, flowing wellbore systems, underground plunger pump systems, ground systems, and respectively systematically and detailedly research theirs. According to structure parameters of equipment and physical property parameters of reservoir, optimized designing rod string system and swabbing parameters. On the basis of limiting a reasonable extent of the pump efficiency, production and system efficiency as the optimizing target, carrying on optimizing design to lifting system of double-well rod pumped well, oil wells will not only obtain scheduled production, but also have more high system efficiency. Application of Visual Basic 6.0 compiled lifting system of chain-type double-well rod pumped well optimization design software. This software runs reliably. Its calculation results can meet the engineering requirements, quantitatively analyze operating conditions of sucker rod pumping system, and reasonably adjust swab parameters of pumping unit system in the specific circumstances. This software offers a scientific theoretical basis and an effective technical support to increase crude oil production and improve system efficiency of sucker rod pumping system and economic benefits of oil field development. The research result of this paper plays a significant and important role in the oil field production.
