At present, most oil field in the China used the mechanical equipment to lift the crude oil to the ground, the lifting mechanical equipments were the consume energy mainly during the process of crude oil. According to statistics, these lifting mechanical equipments consumed energy were one on three in the total energy consumption and more than the waterflood system. The beam pumping unit work efficiency was only 25% and about 75% residual energy had been wasted. so the development of new energy-saving oil beam pumping unit technology had been the focus of the study.Currently the developed the energy efficient beam pumping units were 10th series-type and 13th series-type mostly. While the Daqing oil field was extra high containing water, the number of the low yield and low inefficient wells were 13000 that these wells'oil production were under the 5m3/d. Most of these wells were the ordinary 6th-type pumping unit extraction currently, the average installed power was 30kW, the average efficiency of the system was only 11%, most of the energy was squandered in the process of swabbing. The small-scale saving-energy pumping equipments was empty to these low-yielding and inefficient wells but in the distant future to develop thet non-beam, long stroke, low-power, precision balanced, intelligent pumping equipments were an inevitable trend to the low-yielding and inefficient wells.In view of this situation, this paper carried out the full term equilibrium energy saving beam pumping unit. When the pumping units were working, the electric motor was cyclic-reciprocal operation to actuating turntable rotation, the driving wheel has two gear teethes with the same diameter size at the same time to bear the point of suspension load and make the weight equilibrium so when the driven turntable was rotated, the cable control drived the roof bolt and the hanging box up and down underground to achieve pumping action. In this paper, to based on the theory of the entire balance energy-saving oil beam pumping unit, had finished the integrative design and new practical well head technique, the under the full balance of the working principle of energy pumping unit to complete the entire balance of the overall pumping component design, The structural design rationality was demonstrated of the full term equilibrium energy saving beam pumping unit. On this basis, full term equilibrium energy saving beam pumping unit of the suspension point of law of motion and load analysis of the situation, clear the whole balance of energy-saving pumping important situation. energy-saving technologies where the full term equilibrium energy saving beam pumping unit to conduct to verify simulation experiment in the whole field after tests was showed that the full term of rational design of energy-saving pumping unit structure, the operation status more simple, direct and convenient, energy-saving better able to achieve low inefficient wells to product with low-cost mining. To achieve lower overall investment, the low delivery capacity wells were provided a new theory by the successful research of the full term equilibrium energy saving beam pumping unit for the future development and this new method provided an important approach of energy conservation efforts for oil field development in the future.
