With the deepening of the fine management of the oil and gas processing enterprises,the light hydrocarbon production has become an important basis for the economic efficiency of the oil and gas processing enterprises.In order to improve the precision of the light hydrocarbon measurement,various flowmeters have been applied in the field of oil and gas production and management.In this paper,the main research is based on the PLC technology as the core of the core mass flowmeter loading metering system.This measurement system can effectively reduce the measurement error in the light hydrocarbon loading measurement.The whole loading measurement system is based on the upper computer and the lower computer composed of the industrial control machine and the PLC as the core.The control content includes the output control of each digital quantity and the analog quantity in the process,the control of the loading pump,the regulating valve and the cutting valve,and the liquid level,temperature,pressure and pressure of the tank area light hydrocarbon storage tank.The flow signal acquisition and processing,as well as information processing.This paper first analyzed the principle of flow measurement,the classification of the flowmeter,and analyzed the application fields and the characteristics of each flowmeter.Then the principle and structure of the flowmeter are introduced,and the characteristics of the flowmeter are better than those of other flowmeters.Then the PLC controlled Coriolis light hydrocarbon measurement system is studied from four aspects: the test plan,the hardware structure,the design of the upper computer and the lower computer.Finally,the data obtained from the actual measurement are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward according to the results of the analysis and the actual production.The maximum error of the single vehicle is less than0.04% after the rectification,and the result of reducing the300 kg measurement error on an average daily is reduced and the research aim is achieved.
