Double seal single card fracturing technology is an important technological measure for increasing fracturing production in oilfield,and has developed rapidly in recent years.The technology has the characteristics of high fracturing efficiency,strong pertinence and reliable performance.Based on horizontal well double seal single card fracturing technology,pipe string entry,packer sealing and fracturing construction are studied in this paper.Based on the actual structure and working state of the pipe column and the tool,the mechanical analysis model of the geometric nonlinear and contact nonlinearity of the fractured pipe column is built in consideration of the boundary condition and the load state under different working conditions.The contact gap between the fractured pipe column and the casing is simulated by the gap element,and the tube unit and the gap element are effective.Considering the actual state of work and failure of underground tools such as packers and hydraulic anchors,the convergence condition of deformation and displacement is established.Based on the established mechanical model,a mechanical analysis software is developed for the construction of a horizontal well with a single card fracturing pipe column,which provides a theoretical reference for the design of the fractured pipe column and the stress analysis.Based on the mechanical analysis method of Ansys finite element software,the fracturing string and tool string are selected for research.Combined with the field conditions,the calculation of the fracturing pipe string down process,the sealing process and the fracturing process were completed.The force and vibration of the pipe column under the action of different pressure,pitch and sand ratio are calculated,and the axial force,bending moment,axial displacement,axial stress,and the force and displacement of the packer are analyzed.
