Study On CNPC Jilin Sales Branch Fuxing Filling Station Project Financial Evaluation

In addition to the analysis and demonstration of the dimensions of products and markets that are usually carried out,a very important task is an analysis and analysis of the feasibility of the project in financial feasibility.And on the basis of financial feasibility,the various kinds of risks that the project needs to be faced with therefore can be effectively controlled,thus ensuring that the project can operate normally in the case of risk control,and can develop along the expected direction and goal of the enterprise.This paper takes the project of Fuxing gas station of Petrochina Jilin sales branch as an example,applies the theory of financial evaluation to project practice,takes into account the factors of project investment,cost and income,and applies a variety of evaluation methods to analyze the comprehensive financial evaluation of the project.First,it expounds the research background of the city development planning of the project,and puts forward the significance of the study in view of the purpose of the financial evaluation,summarizes the research status of the domestic and foreign scholars on the financial evaluation,and then clarifies the research content and research methods of this article.Secondly,it expounds the concept and specific content of project financial evaluation,defines the principles of project financial evaluation,and sums up the process of project financial evaluation.At the same time,from the two angles of static and dynamic,we sum up the methods of financial evaluation,and provide theoretical basis for this study.According to the characteristics of the project,this paper introduces the basic situation of Fuxing gas filling station from the site general situation and the support environment,analyzes the necessity of its investment and financial evaluation,and puts forward the thought of the financial evaluation of the project.Finally,through the calculation of the investment profit margin,the financial net present value and so on,the comprehensive evaluation on the profitability of the project and the ability to resist the risk is carried out,and the conclusion of the comprehensive financial evaluation is obtained,which provides the basis for the project investors.Through the analysis of financial evaluation,this paper draws the conclusion that the static and dynamic financial index of Fuxing refueling station project is good.It has strong profitability and ability to resist risk.It is completely feasible in finance.It is worth investing in the Jilin sales branch of CNPC.This article hopes to provide some reference and help for the construction of similar projects through the analysis of the financial evaluation of the project.
