The status of the petroleum industry in the national economy is crucial,and it is related to the development of society and the needs of the people.Petro China GX Sales Branch is responsible for the sales of refined oil in Guangxi and is a downstream enterprise in the industrial chain.In recent years,international oil prices have plummeted and hovered at low and medium levels.This has brought great impact to the development of large-scale state-owned oil companies that integrate the upstream,midstream and downstream of the petroleum industry,and has also reduced the profits of refined oil sales companies.It has an adverse impact on the survival and development of the enterprise.This not only forced the oil sales companies to constantly reform and upgrade,improve efficiency and improve market competitiveness in the competition,but also made the enterprises urgently need to adjust and allocate internal resources,reduce costs and expenses,and achieve the development of enterprises in a low oil price environment.At present,the refined oil market in the Guangxi region is dominated by Sinopec and Petro China,while other state-owned and private companies are also infiltrating into the market.At present,the demand for refined oil market is changing rapidly.With the changes in economic structure and social development,the demand for refined oil in the region has also fluctuated.This forced CNPC's GX sales branch to take active measures to adapt to environmental changes and market competition.This article obtains actual data by conducting on-site research on the company and consulting public information.After an in-depth analysis of the company's strategic conditions,combined with the EFE and IFE matrix,it is believed that the company should choose an overall growth strategy and formulate a corresponding strategic plan.Then,combining the established strategic objectives with the actual situation of the company,through comparative analysis,it is believed that the company should adopt differentiated competition strategies and formulate corresponding competition strategies.Finally,according to the requirements of the growth strategy and differentiation strategy,in order to achieve the company's strategic objectives,strategic safeguard measures are proposed in the company's management,operation and culture,that is to provide reference for the company's development strategy,but also for the same type The company's strategy formulation provides a reference.
