During the operation of natural gas pipelines, due to aging, corrosion, and other causes of natural gas leakage and diffusion,it is easy to form aggregates in local limited spaces. After encountering Mars or when the temperature reaches the ignition point, natural gas quickly burns or even explodes. This can easily lead to a large-scale fire accident, causing significant property damage and even personal injury. This article explores the diffusion law of natural gas at different leak rates using the Fluent software component transport model, and the distribution of the natural gas diffusion flow field when the windows are open.On this basis,by using the premixed ignition model, the motion law of the flame in the natural gas explosion field is fully analyzed. On the other hand, through the partial premixed combustion model, the high temperature gas diffusion conditions that are more in line with the actual situation are explored. Finally,by using the DPM discrete model, the atomizing nozzles are designed to perform the cooling analysis on the high temperature field. This article provides some guidance on the installation of leak alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, and the placement of fire barriers.
