Because of the good physical and mechanical properties of bamboo,its products are attracting more and more attention.However,bamboo are easy to mould,and in the use of the anti-mold to improve its anti-mildew properties of bamboo,the environmental problems caused by the loss of anti-mold have brought concern.In this thesis the bamboo bundle as raw material,boride,copper salt and other inorganic salt as fungicide,using sol-gel technology to immerse the anti-mold into bamboo bundle and compressed into boards,the influence of mouldproof process,glue immersion process and hot pressing process on the loss of anti-mildew and relevant properties of recombinant bamboo were studied.The recombinant bamboo and its hot water extract were analyzed by SEM-EDS,XPS,FTIR,XRD to investigating its loss of fungicidal agent.The main research findings were as follows:(1)Orthogonal test was used to investigated the effect of the ratio of the two components anti-mold on the physical-mechanical properties and the leachability of anti-mold of the recombinant bamboo.The results indicated that on the premise of satisfying other given properties,the leaching rate of recombinant bamboo was used as the main reference index.The optimal conditions of mouldproof process were component A concentration of 10%,immersion temperature was 60 ?,immersion time for 2 h,the content of the component B was 10%,immersion time for 30 s(No.12).(2)EDS analysis showed that the leaching rate of copper in the hot water extract of recombinant bamboo(No.12)was 17.97%;XPS analysis showed that the leaching rate of boride in the component of anti-mold was high;SEM analysis showed that mouldproof processing bamboo(No.12)surface covered with a layer of porous network structure of silicon aluminum compounds,it had a certain hydrothermal stability,which was able to fix copper ions well so as to improve their loss.FTIR analysis showed that the chemical reactions between the anti-mold and the bamboo formed a new chemical bond,and the hydrogen bonding was also present;XRD analysis showed that the crystal structure of bamboo fiber were not changed after anti-mold treatment,but its diffraction intensity was decreased and with lower relative crystallinity;The anti-mold test results showed that the anti-mold treatment process(No.12)can inhibit the growth of Aspergillus niger.(3)On the basis of the anti-mold treatment process(No.12),the influence of PF resin content on the leaching rate of recombinant bamboo was investigated by single factor experiment.It was found that with the increase of the resin content,the leaching rate of recombinant bamboo was decreasing,and it was stable at 8%;EDS and ICP-MS analysis showed that under the same mouldproof process,the leaching rate of copper gradually decreases with the increase of the resin content;SEM analysis showed that the surface layer of the bamboo was more smooth with the increase of the resin content,and effectively prevent the porous network structure formed on the surface of the bamboo beam;FTIR analysis showed that the absorption peak of spectrogram was significantly enhanced with the increase of the resin content,its means that resin was associated with hydroxyl of bamboo or Si-Al gel to form the hydrogen bonding.XRD analysis showed that the characteristic peak of the sample was not offset with the increase of the resin content,but its diffraction intensity was decreased and with lower relative crystallinity.(4)Through the response surface test,the best processing technology of hot pressing process was obtained.The hot pressing temperature was 152 ?,the hot pressing time was 19 min,board density was 1.1 g/cm3.After the anti-loss experiments,the leaching rate of copper was 16.32%,it was reduced by the optimal scheme.(5)The test results in the factory showed that the physical mechanical performance was up to standard and had a good anti-mold effectiveness,it was suitable for outdoor use.
