Expanded perlite with good thermal insulation performance,strong stability were used,especially in the field of construction,however,because of the expanded perlite concrete strength is low,poor toughness weakness is obvious,therefore,the strength and toughness of the expanded perlite concrete are improved by adding steel fiber into the expanded perlite concrete.Make steel fiber expanded perlite has the excellent properties of both materials,In order to further understand the mechanical properties of steel fiber expanded perlite concrete,In this paper,the basic mechanical properties of steel fiber expanded perlite concrete are tested and studied.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on different age(3 d,7 d and 28 d)of the cement mortar for flexural strength and compressive strength test,study the effect of steel fiber with different volume ratio on the compressive strength and compressive strength of expanded perlite cement mortar was studied.(2)The experimental study was carried out on the cube compressive strength,the compressive strength of the prism,the strength of the splitting,the modulus of elasticity and the strength of the compressive strength of the expanded perlite concrete.Study on the influence of steel fiber with different volume ratio on the strength of expanded perlite concrete,and the relationship among the compressive strength of the cube and the compressive strength of the prism,the splitting strength and the modulus of elasticity of the prism are studied and analyzed respectively.(3)Based on steel fiber expanded perlite concrete specimen of uniaxial compression test,to measure steel fiber expanded perlite concrete under uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve,and establish proper uniaxial compressive stress-strain constitutive model.And fit the up and down segments of the curve respectively,to put forward a form is simple and has a certain practical about stress-strain curve mathematical expressions.Test results of this paper can be summarized as follows: steel fiber of expanded perlite concrete block improve compressive strength is not obvious,while the flexural strength and tensile strength of the specimens has more Significantly improved,and the elastic modulus of the expanded perlite concrete also increased with the increase of steel fiber volume ratio,a certain degree of growth but growth regularity is not obvious.On steel fiber expanded perlite concrete under uniaxial compression constitutive relation determination,when steel fiber volume ratio is bigger,the steel fiber expanded perlite concrete specimen will appear the phenomenon of crack and do not come loose,at the same time,it can be used for test curve fitting,and the correlation is better.
