External wall insulation board is the key to building energy saving.At present,the external wall inorganic insulation board is mainly expanded perlite insulation board,but the high thermal conductivity of the cemented material used in expanded perlite insulation board restricts the traditional expanded perlite insulation board.Insulation performance.In this study,normal temperature foamed perlite cementitious materials?lightweight foamed geopolymer materials?were prepared using water glass?SS?,perlite tailings?PE?,surfactant?CTAB?,and hydrogen peroxide?H2O2?as raw materials;The foamed cement material is used as the binder of the insulation board,and the expanded perlite?EP?and rock wool?RW?are aggregates.A new type of inorganic foamed expanded perlite insulation board and expanded perlite\rock with good comprehensive performance are prepared.Cotton composite insulation board.The main results are as follows:The water glass modulus is 2.45,PE/SS=0.8,CTAB addition amount is 0.2%SS,H2O2 addition amount is 4%.The formulation of cement material is pre-mixed with 200um450um normal temperature perlite foam.The overall performance is excellent:the resonance coefficient is 0.053W/?m·k?,the compressive strength is0.36MPa,the density is 0.167g/cm3,and the foaming multiple of the cementitious material can reach 10 times.The room temperature foaming cement material prepared with water glass modulus of 2.45,PE/SS of 0.5,CTAB addition of 0.2%and H2O2 addition of 5%binds the expanded perlite,and a new type with better performance is obtained Inorganic foamed expanded perlite insulation board,its thermal conductivity is0.057W/?m·k?,compressive strength is 0.155MPa,density is 0.16g/cm3.The new inorganic foamed expanded perlite/rock was prepared with a water glass modulus of 2.45,70%water glass stock solution,PE powder addition amount of11%,CTAB addition amount of 0.97%,and H2O2 addition amount of 6.5%.The cotton composite insulation board has good performance,its thermal conductivity is0.056W/?m·k?,compressive strength is 0.17 MPa,and density is 0.2g/cm3.The study found that the compression ratio and slurry viscosity are the key factors affecting the foaming of the gelled material;the smaller the compression ratio,the greater the thermal conductivity,density and compressive strength of the sample;when the slurry viscosity is appropriate,the foaming effect of the gelled material good,the pore diameter formed is uniform,and the overall performance of the sample is better.Adding a small amount of rock wool can reduce the thermal conductivity of the sample and increase the compressive strength.
