Along with the increasing demand of coal and the continuous maturation of coal mining technology,the study of deep tunnel excavation and related problems has become an important research direction in the field of coal mining.In order to reduce the influence of high temperature in deep roadway on underground working environment,a new type of thermal insulation concrete is designed in this paper according to the characteristics of deep roadway in Huainan mining area.On the basis of adding a certain proportion of fly ash,shale ceramsite and vitrified microbeads on the basis of ordinary concrete ratio,the concrete is improved to have good resistance to temperature and heat insulation by using the characteristics of admixture itself.In this paper,orthogonal test method is used to design and study the apparent density,thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of this new type of thermal insulation shotcrete.Collection and collation of test data.Do not use direct analysis,range analysis,analysis of variance,analytic hierarchy process,gray correlation analysis and other data analysis methods,each group of data processing.Emphasis is placed on the influence of the ratio of admixtures and other factors on the apparent density,thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of concrete.Finally through the efficacy coefficient method to determine the most conducive to the comprehensive performance of the admixture ratio combination.In the field test stage according to the optimal mix ratio determined by the indoor test to prepare concrete.And applied to 906 m deep roadway in Zhujidong Mine,Huainan City.Road,shotcrete under engineering conditions,and curing 28 days.Different points in monitoring the temperature change after the roadway maintenance period and maintenance completed,the validation of the deep roadway insulation sprayed concrete to reduce mine temperature,improve working conditions underground effect.The deep roadway thermal insulation shotcrete is a kind of underground non-mechanical refrigeration method,which can achieve the active cooling effect without consuming extra energy,and meet the thermal insulation and mechanical properties at the same time.And has the green environmental protection,the lightweight durable,practical and so on characteristic,has the very good popularizing application value.
