Intelligent welding technology is an important part of the intelligent manufacturing,and the improvement of its technological level can greatly promote the development of the welding industry.The intelligent welding systems developed at home and abroad has the characteristics of small adaptation range and high cost,which can't adapt to the needs of deep hole automated welding processes.The cantilever type welding methods that have been adopted at present can easily cause tilting of the support head of the welding torch,causing problems such as brazing and welding due to the contact with the inner wall of the pipeline,which greatly affects the welding quality and the repair efficiency of the welded pipe fittings.In view of the above situation,an intelligent deep hole weld system is proposed,through the joint design of mechanical and electronic parts of the system.The main research works are as follows:(1)The mechanical part,three foot support mechanism,screw drive mechanism,rotary mechanism and welding and conveying mechanism in the system were calculated reasonably,and the overall structure design was completed;(2)The ANSYS Workbench static analysis was performed on three foot support mechanism under the limit cylinder to verify the reliability of the mechanical structure.The transient thermal simulation analysis of the temperature field and stress field of the deep hole pipeline is carried out,and the best welding time and the rule of fusion and cooling of welding wire and deep hole weldment were determined,providing guidance for welding process;(3)The overall control scheme and operation process of the electric control part in the mechanism were analyzed.The selection of the electrically controlled driving soft components,also,the design of PLC control system and the design of MCGS interface was completed,and the connection and optimization design of the hardware circuit was completed;(4)The physical prototype was built and tested.The test results show that the subsystems of the system are running normally,and the MCGS works frendly.The rationality of the design of the deep hole welding system is further verified through comprehensive tests.The deep hole welding mechanism adopts a tripod support mechanism to minimize the problems of brazing and welding in the welding process.The realization and application of the deep hole welding system can greatly improve the welding process and quality of the deep hole welding part,since the realization of controllable,safe and efficient automated production has played a positive role in the domestic production of relevant intelligent welding.
