The market competition becomes increasingly fierce, especially the growing of the userdemands for individualization of the product, reconfigurable manufacturing theory can wellsolve the demand of diversification of the market for the products, and reconfigurableManufacturing now has become the focus of the international academic community andcorporate. Reconfigurable manufacturing system involves a lot of content, and a veryimportant one is to research and development of reconfigurable machine tools, its success ofdecisive significance to the achievement for Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems andAgile Manufacturing. This paper bases on the reconfigurable theory, and references somemachine tools rebuilding skills, then take the deep hole processing of reconfigurable machinework, it’s reconfigurable focus on the modular structure’s reconstruction, and supplements byappropriate reconstruction of CNC system, then expounds the key technologies for the deephole processing of machine tool’s reconfigurable.First, the study systematically described three aspects of the reconfigurable theory,machine tool rebuilding and deep-hole processing technology and equipment system. Then,we designed the reconfigurable transformation programs of deep-hole processing machine onthe basis of those theories and elaborated the key elements of its structural remodeling. Themain researches: Using the topological mapping to get the topological analysis chart ofmachine motion; improving the reconstruction grogram of reconfigurable deep-holeprocessing machine; using structural remodel to fixture remodeling, reconstruction of powermodules, the tool aids reconstruction and bed to reconstruct; to the module refactoring updateprocess, interface and interfaces for a unified standard to plug and play easily; usingreconfigurable instance of the deep hole processing machine tools to illustrate the feasibilityof the reconstruction and study the CNC system of the reconfigurable deep hole processing.
