With the continuous exploration and development of oil fields,the development of heavy oil in difficult reserves is more important.There are low permeable viscous oil reservoirs which can not be satisfied by conventional mining technology in Saertu and Pu taohua layer and the western slope area of Daqing oilfield,crude oil viscosity is higher,but the viscosity of crude oil is sensitive,viscosity changes with temperature.At present,in the western slope alone,there are five heavy oil blocks,with an oil area of 159.76km2 and a geological reserve of 6785×104t,which is expected to use 15 million tons of reserves.Due to high viscosity,low freezing point and poor liquidity,it is difficult to reach effective development.According to the development experience of inspissated pool and the research results of numerical simulation by STARS,thermal recovery technique is an efficient method used to improve the development effectiveness of low permeable and high viscosity blocks.The existing heavy oil thermal recovery technology is not perfect,the design level is not high,and the effect of thermal test is restricted.In conclusion,in order to improve the production capacity of heavy oil,it is necessary to carry out the design optimization and process technology research of heavy oil thermal test,and provide technical support for the large-scale development of heavy oil in the later stage.Based on the analysis of reservoir characteristics and oil test conditions in Jiangqiao and Grape,this paper puts forward the theoretical basis of the definition and type of heavy oil,and puts forward the optimum design scheme of heat test oil for Duxx well,Jiang8 xx well,Rexx well,Rexx well and Beexx well.Analysis on the effect of steam injection in the oil well of Du XX well and Jiang8 XX well.Based on the theory and practice,the paper puts forward the influence of geological structure,reservoir physical property,steam injection parameters and production technology on the production capacity of heavy oil hot test well,and makes an effective analysis of the periodic production capacity change rule.In the end,this paper evaluates and analyses the economic benefit of heavy oil test well,mainly from the forecast oil test oil production and the cycle oil and gas ratio and the input ratio of heavy oil test oil well.According to the data and practice,combined with the 3 years research and application,the technology of heavy oil heat test is suitable for the process of heavy oil heat test in Daqing area.
