In the exploitation of oil and natural gas,drag reduction performance of drag reducer in fracturing fluid affects the efficiency of fracturing construction.Friction tester of fracturing fluid is a test instrument.It is used to measure friction of drag reducing water in the pipeline.It can determine the drag reduction rate of drag reducers.But in traditional test methods and devices,automation is low and labor intensity is high.In summary,the subject has designed a friction tester of fracturing fluid with high automation and simple operation.It used to computer to collect experimental data in real time.It can reduce human error and increase test accuracy.It can reasonably judge the drag reduction rate of drag reducers under different working conditions.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyzed the mechanism of drag reducer in fracturing fluid from the basic theory in fluid mechanics.Find out the shutdown key factors that drag reduction of drag reducers.This proposed a solution that can solve the problem of high test intensity and low automation level in traditional test methods.(2)Hardware was designed of friction tester for fracturing fluid for the proposed scheme.The composition of the test system was explained.The hardware design was analyzed from three aspects: data acquisition,data processing and data communication.Through the analysis of the control requirements,the statistics of the I/O points of the test system and the hardware selection of the PLC are completed.It laid the foundation for the software design part of the fracturing fluid friction tester.(3)Completed the software design for friction tester of fracturing fluid friction tester.The design can be divided into three parts: control software design of fracturing fluid friction resistance tester,configuration design of upper computer and design of data processing module.Control software design is mainly to achieve system start/stop,centrifugal pump operation frequency setting,analog signal acquisition,water tank temperature control,valve opening adjustment and digital signal logic control functions.The upper computerconfiguration design is mainly to realize the human-computer interaction interface,which can modify the data acquisition of the real system and the parameters in the system.The data processing design is mainly using WinCC configuration software to use its own control to connect to the back-end database,using the VBS scripting language to edit the configuration software again,to achieve data archiving and variable curve drawing and other content.(4)After the design and construction of the test were completed,an experimental analysis was performed on the drag reduction performance of the friction reducing agent YC-DR30 in rough and smooth tubes using the tester.The drag reduction performance of the two test pipelines was compared and analyzed.The results show that the friction coefficient of the friction reducing agent YC-DR30 in the low temperature state in the smooth pipe and the rough pipe decreases with increasing Reynolds number.The drag reduction rate increases as the Reynolds number increases.The drag reducing effect of the friction reducing agent YC-DR30 in the smooth pipe is better than the drag reducing effect in the rough pipe.The fracturing fluid friction resistance test system designed and researched in this project can not only achieve accurate measurement of drag reduction parameters,but also has the characteristics of miniaturization,simple disassembly and assembly,easy upgrade and maintenance,and low cost,and further the drag reducing agent in fracturing fluid.Research and development are of practical significance.
