China's polishing technology originated in the 21 st century,applied to the field of aerospace special materials,astronomical telescopes,computers and other high-tech products on the surface quality requirements are getting higher and higher with the progress of science,and these products are influential in people's life increasingly.Chinese scientists and enterprises have an understanding and exploration of the polishing process gradually.Domestic polishing technology started late,the field of mechanical equipment manufacturing technology for polishing are lack of adequate understanding of the development of equipment,it has led to the long-term "bottleneck" phase of China's industrial development in the field of grinding and polishing.The development of industrial automation is slow and productivity can not be improved,these lagged behind economic development seriously.At present,most companies still use manual polishing.Although the manual operation costs less,but the production efficiency is very low,and the time required for the grinding process is the largest proportion of the whole product.The workers not only work hard,but also can not guarantee the quality of the work pieces obtained by the experience.Driven by the market,domestic universities and enterprises began to learn the mechanism of polishing in depth.New polishing technology and new process are constantly innovating to meet the needs of various products in the market.At the present,the most widely used is mechanical polishing.This article developed a set of polishing equipment for the structural features of a piece of work.It has a special automatic clamping module and tool system to achieve precise positioning and precision polishing of the workpiece.At the same time,the polishing machine has three stations,where the polishing work can be achieved simultaneously,which greatly improved production efficiency.The whole design scheme of the polishing machine is put forward according to the technical requirements of the workpiece and the function to be achieved by the machine tool.The machine tool has five axes linkage including three linear axes,X axis,Y axis,Z axis and two rotary axis,A axis,C axis.The main part of the machine tool is the bed,the column,the bed saddle and the worktable.A set of pneumatic fixture and adapted tool system are developed for the structural features of the workpiece.Improve the air road,lighting,cutting fluid and other auxiliary functions,at last ultimately approved the whole machine program.The finite element model for the whole machine was built and the vibration model analysis and static analysis were performed based on ANSYS Workbench15.0.Static analysis mainly calculates the response of the structure under static load for a long time,the purpose is to analyze the structure of the deformation and stress distribution.The structural dynamics analysis focuses on the response of the structure to the dynamic load.Modal analysis is the basis of structural dynamics analysis.It is mainly used to study the natural frequency of the structure and the vibration mode performance at different frequencies.Reasonable design structure to ensure the machine tools can meet the requirements.According to the motion function of the machine tool to design the control system,including selecting a reasonable CNC system,testing and analyzing the axis motion-control hardware.Design machine circuit in reason to ensure the safety of machine functions.Establish the polishing machine kinematics model.According to the structural characteristics of the workpiece and process requirements to analyse the track of each axis of a machine tool,establish the parametric equation at the same time.Take points through the surface of the workpiece,and complete trajectory planning.The purpose is to find the best trajectory without interference.Finally we should find the best trajectory to complete the task.The data is arranged and brought into the trajectory equation,at last the numerical control program is generated.Machining simulation of machine tool by VERICUT software.The purpose is to test whether the movement of each axis is overtravel,whether each part interferes and the rationality of the procedure.Finally,repeat experiments by the machine to verify the machine performance and analyze the experimental sample to determine whether to meet the requirements of the process.
