| With the rapid growth of electric vehicle production,the output of power battery as one of the three core components is also increasing.Therefore,a lot of spent power batteries will be generated.The disposal of spent power battery can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also bring huge economic benefits,and reduce our dependence on the import of power battery raw materials,which is of great strategic significance.As a necessary pretreatment process for the recovery of hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgy methods,the recovery technology of mechanical physical method is widely used in the recovery of solid waste.In this paper,spent lithium iron phosphate battery as the research object,the influence of the physical properties and pneumaticseparation parameters on the pneumatic-separation characteristics was summed up on the basis of establishing the pneumatic-separation mathematical model of the broken products combined with Fluent simulation analysis and experiment,thus choose the best pneumatic-separation parameters.Found in the analysis of pneumatic-separation characteristics of broken products: high homogeneity of broken products skeleton density and shape factor was required when using pneumatic-separation.Spherical broken products must use the pneumaticseparation with classification,fragments broken products can sort by pneumaticseparation without classification,the airflow velocity which broken products can be completely sorting is within a range when using vertical pneumatic-separation.The efficiency of vertical pneumatic-separator can improve by choosing the appropriate initial velocity of the broken products.Separation effect can inprove by increasing airflow velocity,changing the airflow velocity angle,increasing the height of horizontal pneumatic-separator and choosing the appropriate initial velocity of the broken products when using horizontal pneumatic-separation,but also may lead to the structure size of horizontal pneumatic-separator too large.Simulation analysis and experimental results showed that the established pneumatic-separation mathematical model has certain accuracy,plastic diaphragm should be sort before removal of the positive and negative electrode materials,large size spherical broken products suitable for sorting in horizontal pneumatic-separator,and the fragments broken products is suitable for sorting in vertical pneumatic-separator. |
