Houkui tea is one of the famous green tea and has the characteristics of two leaf buds hold,straight and flat.The traditional handmade production process is more complicated and has many problems such as labor intensity,low production efficiency,difficulty in standardization and cleanliness.Although part of the improved production process with mechanized production,there are still problems of inefficiency and local automation discontinuous.To solve the problem,an automatic production line of Houkui tea with shaping flattening and drying was researched and developed,based on the traditional production process and supported by a Xuancheng science and technology project and a project commissioned by the enterprise in this paper.Firstly,the traditional handmade craft of Houkui tea and the problems of mechanized production are analyzed,design and development of the continuous automation production line of the Houkui tea after the fixation process based on the traditional production process is discussed comprehensively.On the basis of the overall structural design of the shaping,flattening and drying continuous production line,the key components,the structural and the three-dimensional modeling of the automatic feeding device,the shaping device,the flattening printing device and the drying device were designed according to the crafts of the production process.Secondly,to meet the needs of the temperature control requirements in drying process and deal with the phenomenon of temperature and humidity coupling,a fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm with feed forward compensation decoupling is proposed.With Simulink tool in Matlab software,a drying system simulation model is built and the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified in the drying control of Houkui tea.Thirdly,Houkui tea automatic production line control requirements is analyzed,the control program discussed and determined,and the main control system hardware calculated and selected.The electrical system schematic,the control program flow chart in automatic operation mode and the temperature control program flow chart were designed,the touch screen human-machine interface was developed.Finally,the related work was summarized and the direction of future work was put forward.A part of the result in this paper have been applied to the real production.Practical application shows that the machine designed can guarantee the quality of Houkui tea and meet the needs of the clean mechanization,automation production while production efficiency was increased and labor intensity reduced.
