Tea industry is developing towards automation,high speed and sanitation.In order to improve the production capacity and save labor cost,tea automatic production equipment is more and more restricted by the tea unit's favorite.But at present,the most of the tea in the market is semi-automatic production,which has low efficiency and high labor cost.In view of these problems,this paper aims to study and conquer the key equipment and technology of the whole set of production according to the existing mature tea processing equipment,design a new pinch point and flattening system,and parameterize the design and analysis of the main executive mechanism,improve the production speed and improve the stability of monkey Kui tea.The main contents and achievements of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)Analysis of the pinch point and flattening technology of Houkui tea.Around the problems of mechanical pinch and flattening of monkey Kui tea,the existing solutions and problems are analyzed,and a new technical scheme is established.For the pinch technology,the technical principle of rotary pinch tip manipulator is adopted,and two claw and three claw schemes are proposed for the manipulator.Considering the size,space and simplicity,two claw manipulator is selected.For flattening technology,the principle of roll and auxiliary beat of the mesh is adopted.Two technical schemes are proposed for rolling mode: double roller mesh rolling and single roller mesh rolling.Because of the single roller mesh rolling,tea is more easily affected by tea juice and attached to the conveyor belt,so the rolling technology scheme of double roller mesh is selected.(2)Experimental study on the technology of mechanized pinch and flattening.Prepare the test,clarify the purpose of the test,prepare the test materials and establish the test device;The basic properties of the leaf materials are studied,including the shape and structure of materials,the shape and size of the materials,the conventional moisture or moisture content,etc;The results showed that the appearance size of most of the monkey Kui tea was 5cm-7cm,and the average water content of tea was 67.9%;The experiment of dropping slot,rotation angle of pinch point,pressure test of pinch point of manipulator,orientation Attitude Test of flattening and falling material,flattening pressure of clamping net and tapping and debonding test were carried out respectively by using tea and self-made device after killing youth.The results showed that when the horizontal distance of the slot from conveyor 1 was certain(7cm),the speed of conveyor 1 was the best;The robot rotates the tip of tea by 450 °,The best shape and rotation state of tea pinch tip;The pressure of the manipulator on the tip of tea is 3 n-6.5n,and the tea does not slip,stick and not be damaged.The results of flattening test: the moisture content of the tea after killing the green is controlled in the range of 40%-50%,and the flattening pressure is 6.5n-7.5n,and the flattening effect and the beating debonding effect of the tea are the best.(3)Design of mechanical pinch and flattening technology system.The selection and design of pinch point manipulator include finger arm design,transmission system design,general layout design,working cycle design,etc;The design of manipulator parameters and kinematics analysis.The whole structure modeling of rotary pinch machine.The design of mechanical flattening system includes the design of belt conveyor,flattening device,stripping auxiliary device,flattening and distance adjusting mechanism,general layout and working cycle.The parametric design and the overall structure modeling of the flattener.
