Scroll plate as a key component of a scroll refrigeration compressor,reducing the quality of the scroll plate can significantly reduce the overall quality of the scroll refrigeration compressor,but the aluminum scroll material using the existing traditional molding process has been unable Fully meet the manufacturing requirements of complex shaped parts and mechanical performance requirements.Based on this,this paper presents a direct liquid forging process to replace the traditional molding process,carried out on the scroll plate preparation process,parameter optimization and segregation behavior research.Firstly,the effects of gravure casting process and liquid die forging process on macroscopic morphology,density,mechanical properties and microstructure of scroll parts were compared.The macro morphology,density,mechanical properties and microstructure of liquid forging are better than those of gravity casting.The tensile strength Rm of liquid die forged scroll is 345MPa,the elongation A is 3.35%,the impact toughness ak is 16.58J/cm~2,compared with the gravity casting were increased by 33%,95%and 130%.However,there are still a few small shrinkage and shrinkage defects in the liquid-forged fracture surface.Therefore,its process parameters need to be properly optimized.Therefore,the effects of specific pressure,pouring temperature,mold temperature and dwell time on the density,microstructure and mechanical properties of liquid swaged ZL111 alloy scrolls were investigated by orthogonal test.By comparing the significant factors,The optimal technical parameters for liquid die for scroll plate.The results show that the mechanical properties,specific pressure and dwell time are both significant factors.The pouring temperature is a significant factor of impact toughness,and the die temperature is a significant factor of the elongation.After synthetically judging,the optimal mechanical parameters of the mechanical properties were obtained:specific pressure 120MPa,pouring temperature 720?,mold temperature 220?,dwell time 20s.Finally,the composition segregation and tissue segregation in different parts of each group were studied and compared,and the influence of technological parameters on the composition segregation of liquid swaged ZL111 alloy scroll was explored.The optimum process parameters were used to verify experiment.The results show that the positive segregation of Si and Cu is mainly concentrated in the chilled region,while the Mg is all positive segregation except for the pressure crystallization zone.The volume fraction of?(Al)phase in different positions has some differences.The volume fraction of?(Al)phase in the disk is the largest,and the volume fraction of?(Al)phase in the straight wall is the smallest.Center the volume fraction.Orthogonal analysis of the optimal process compared to the nine groups of the best technology process,the density remained unchanged,the mechanical properties have improved to some extent,the composition of segregation and segregation phenomenon is more uniform,verify the correctness of the orthogonal test.
