Scroll compressor,as a kind of positive displacement fluid machinery,has the characteristics of high efficiency,high reliability,low noise,light weight and small size,so it has been widely concerned at home and abroad.Because of its superior performance,scroll compressors have been used in a wide range of applications,such as air conditioning,refrigeration,gas compression,engine pressurization and vacuum pumps.The main components of scroll compressor include dynamic and static vortex disc,crankshaft,balance iron,frame,bearing and rotation mechanism.As the core component of scroll compressor,the forming quality of scroll disc is directly related to the normal operation of scroll compressor.In recent years,researchers on a single line type vortex disc was improved,put forward with the combination profile as a new type of scroll compressor scroll plate profile,in improving the working performance of scroll compressor also increases the difficulty of processing scroll.Scroll type combination line generation equipped with specialized production lines,high cost of production makes the scroll compressor on the market today are generally using a single scroll type line consisting of the high performance of scroll compressor promotion hinder.In view of this situation,this paper presents the design of the combined type scroll disk,and the numerical approximation method is used to realize the machining of the combined scroll disk on the ordinary NC machine tool.the specific content of the following four aspects:(1)Design of vortex disk profile equation.According to the design theory and method of equidistant line combination profile,select the involute of circle-arc-the high-order curve combination type line as a scroll type line,the combination type line consisting of scroll compression ratio,scroll performance is better than that of the single type lines.Set the parameters of the combined line to complete the design of the profile of the variable cross-section scroll plate.(2)Establishment of 3D model and implementation of virtual machining.Using Pro/E software to establish the three-dimensional solid model of the scroll plate,which is composed of the circular involute high order curve and the arc,and make use of the virtual manufacturing module in the software.(3)The optimized variable spacing method is used to fit the scroll profile.Ordinary CNC machine tools only linear and circular interpolation based on the two,put forward a method of variable interval linear fitting type vortex line,according to the optimization of variable spacing method,fitting the combination profile design.According to the calculation of the node coordinates of the vortex disk finishing.The fitting method of the variable pitch method is used to fit the scroll profile.The accuracy of the method is reduced by nearly 1/3,and the machining efficiency is improved.(4)Measurement of scroll disk accuracy.With the help of the three coordinate measuring instrument and the roughness instrument,the precision of the scroll plate is detected.The test results show that the shape and position tolerance of the scroll plate is in accordance with the requirements,and the dimension error of the key parts is not more than 2?m,and the surface roughness at each point is less than 0.8?m.
