Potassium monopersulfate is widely used in many fields at home and abroad,and most of such disinfectors are powder with problems of strong hygroscopicity and poor stability.Therefore,the development of a strong stability,broad-spectrum high efficiency,low toxicity and no stimulation of potassium monopersulfate disinfectant is significant.In this study,fluidized bed coating technology was used for dealing with sodium chloride,and then the sodium chloride inclusion compound was used to prepare the potassium monopersulfate effervescent tablets.The quality evaluation and bactericidal properties and stability of potassium monopersulfate effervescent tablets were investigated.The main conclusions are as follows:In this study,the fluidized bed coating technology was first used in the raw material system of potassium bisulfate compound salt.And the sodium chloride inclusion compound was successfully prepared which can effectively prevent the reaction between sodium chloride and the active substance during the storage,reduce the loss of effective components and improve the stability of the products.The optimal formulation of potassium bisulfate compound salt effervescent tablets was obtained by single factor investigation and orthogonal test optimization: 50% potassium peroxymonosulfate,3.15% sodium chloride inclusion compound,10% sulfamic acid;1% alkyl polyglycoside,0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate;6% corrosion inhibitor GR-914;0.06% vanillin;0.06% amaranth;10% malic acid,6% sodium bicarbonate;0.05% fumed silica;13.18% anhydrous sodium sulfate.At the same time,it is proved that the formula powder had good fluidity and was suitable for direct tabletting using dry powder when the relative humidity of environment was confined within 30%.This product is a light red tablet and its disintegration time,weight difference,brittleness and hardness were in accordance with the requirements of Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia.The pH value of the solution was between 2.5~3.5,which provided a suitable pH value to ensure the good sterilization effect.The effective chlorine content of this product was detected by iodine quantity method,and the results showed that the method had good linearity,fine specificity and precision and high degree of accuracy.The bactericidal performance of effervescent tablets solution was better than effervescent tablets sold in the market.Yellow Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli could be completely killed in 5 minutes using 2500 mg/L solution of effervescent tablets.The sterilization rate of Pasteurella reached 100% in 10 minutes using 625 mg/L solution of effervescent tablets.The results of influence factors test suggested that this product was insensitive to high temperature and strong light,but very sensitive to high humidity environment.The accelerated experimental results showed that the use of aluminum foil composite bag as a package could guarantee the stability of this product to damp-heat.And the validity of this product was tentatively 1 year based on the results of long term trials.The solution stability test showed that the solution of effervescent tablet could be kept for 5 days under the condition of ordinary temperature and airtight avoiding light.
